We had a scheduling and a waiver issue with the builder on his first attempt where we were frustrated and he calmly told us, we just gotta "roll with it". Inspection day came and we did the wrap up via facetime with our agent. The inspection was throrough and very complete. He explained everything and went over each item. But the thing that I really appreciated was that after the inspection, they've already been paid, and I'm hiring people to do the repairs. I texted the inspector several times for follow up details and help weeding out the bs of some of the tradespeople trying to sell me stuff. He was responsive and helpful, even though he didn't need to be. Turnaround time was also good. I hired them and they were out for the inspection within a couple of days. The report came same day.
