Was pleasantly surprised by how great this place was! I ordered a large rose latte, & it was perfect. Not too overly sweet or bold, just right. I also ordered a matcha donut. The consistency wasn't what I anticipated. Not as fluffy as your typical donut, & more of a spongy texture, but tasted amazing. Tea selection is similar to any other boba spot BUT this place sells pastries that you would find if you went to a asian bakery AND they have mochi donuts. The location of this spot is in a mall type area so it makes it super convenient to grab a bite before or after shopping. read more

Stopping by Target and saw this place near by and thought " perfect place to get some tea!". Staff was super nice, their tea selection isn't extensive, but I'm simple when it comes to my tea preferences. I'm a pretty snobby tea guy and usually frequent all the Ten Ren's, so I have a high standard. The boba was good, slightly sweet. The tea was solid, a bit lighter on the sweetness than what I normally have, All in all, not the same caliber as a Ten Ren (but to be fair nobody is in my opinion, except maybe One Zo) but as good as you will find in the Brea, Yorba linda area and a no brainer if you are on the way to Target. Pastries and coffee looked pretty good, maybe will try it next time..... nah, I'll prob just get my boba tea. read more

Thought I would try a new local coffee spot, instead of a chain during this COVID time, and I was glad to find that Press was still open and nearby. They practice social distance ordering and paying which is very nice and convenient. I ordered a Vietnamese coffee, and like mentioned below, it has much more of a richer, brewed taste, instead of a typical sweeter Vietnamese coffee taste. So if you're looking for the standard taste, this would not be the place to go for that. Also, it was kind of disappointing how my cup had quite a bit of space left/ wasn't filled up all the way. Just wasn't the happiest when it's $5+ for a coffee. All in all, I would probably go back once everything goes back to normal just to try the mochi donuts and maybe a different drink like the milk tea. read more

Okay, I'm very picky about my coffee and the amount of sweetness and bitterness it has, this place just gets it so right. So far, i've tried the Vietnamese coffee and Hawaiian latte, and I keep going back. You can alter the amount of sugar, ice, and if you want extra shots in your coffee in the online order options. Honestly, you don't even need to ask for less ice, they don't dilute your coffee with it. They get it so right. Which is another thing I love about this place. I usually brew my own coffee at home because I don't like how overpriced it can be, and I occasionally try the small coffee shops around my area, so far this place is one of my favorite in OC. I have been going almost everyday and stopped making my own at home. My only complain is, I wished they open earlier so I can get my morning coffee and get my day started on a good note. read more

From what I tried for the first time, this place is just alright. I have better options elsewhere. Their mochi donuts seemed stale and the consistency wasn't the best in my opinion. Flavors were blah. I tried some of their savory food and it was decent as well. The only thing we liked was the coffee, but it isn't enough for us to be repeat customers. Only thing worth going back for might be Happy Lemon because I know there is a lot of hype around it, but I'm in no rush. Not sure why we didn't try that at the time? This is my consistent boba location, I like the freshness of the boba and their flexibility in adjusting drinks, such as subbing for oat milk or making it less sweet if requested. UPDATE: My husband and I are now addicted to their iced Vietnamese coffee. Usually, these are too sweet and I need to wait a while for the ice to dilute the drink itself, but this shop makes it perfectly balanced. A lightly sweetened, but strong coffee drink. We also tried the strawberry and cookies & cream mochi donuts on Sunday and wish we purchased more. ----- Finally, a decent milk tea shop in the Brea area! I am very picky with my milk tea and was pretty impressed with the balance of tea versus milk. There are only two sizes available for an iced milk tea, and the smaller size was still very generous. It would be awesome if they could provide an even smaller size option! Currently, the smallest size is still too much for one person. The tea is on the sweeter side, so next time I will ask for the 50% sweet option. There will definitely be more visits :) read more

Omg I really wanted to try this boba place out and was excited to see that it was near the area I was in and I was NEVER SO GLAD to stop and try this place out! Well first off, customer service was incredible :) the girl working there was really nice and welcoming!! I got the Oreo milk tea with puff cream, jasmine green tea with salted cheese, a strawberry shortcake smoothie, and a boba milk tea. The boba milk tea was pretty average, but I'd say my favorites were probably the Oreo milk tea with puff cream and the strawberry shortcake smoothie (REMEMBER to mix all the drinks WELL before trying)!! We also got the boba tarts and mochi donuts. Boba tarts were a bit soggy and not too sweet (but the boba itself on top is VERYY chewy and SUPER GOOD) !! I came around 3 or 4pm and their mochi donut selections were pretty much gone except a sugar mochi donut flavor and a black sesame flavor. I got the black sesame, however it didn't seem too fresh, but that's probably because it was later in the day and has been sitting out. And there wasn't much black sesame flavor --tasted more like a vanilla icing cream. First time I tried these was a Sunday, so I came back on a Saturday to see if any difference. Donuts were actually better, they had a fresher and better consistency altogether, more chewy mochi-like. However, the taste was just ok, it was just very sweet, just tons of sugar, but not a lot of flavor. The matcha one had a very light matcha taste at the end, cookies n cream was ok just very sweet, had to leave it after two bites, snickers was just peanut butter so basically nobody wanted to eat it...mango was good according to hubby. Me , my friend both did not like or even drink the drinks that they made. They had no flavor to them whatsoever. Charged $6 each and they put 92% milk REGULAR MILK INTO the drink. I did not pay $6 each for MILK that I could of gone to the store and bought. Their milk tea with cream puff was delicious and I wish they had an XL size (that's how much I enjoyed it). However it seemed that I received old doughnuts. Had no idea there was a summery so close to me!! I only knew about the one in Monterey Park (Atlantic Times Square). It is so soft and so sweet like the Cantonese style buns I'm used to from NY (Manna Bakery). I really appreciated that the staff wore masks and did not touch my items, they just eyed it and rang it up. Also appreciated the self bagging feature. I dislike whenever I buy something and the staff has to touch it (to scan or bag it). The only thing I would say, is that there is no inside seating, but you can sit outside. read more
