Alongside your normal cafe staff, they hire people with disabilities to provide them a role to fill in society that normally wouldn't be available to them. The shop is very spacious with lots of room to chit chat, hang out, work, or study. Since it's across the street from CSUF's campus, I'd assume it's a pretty busy study spot. They have seasonal drinks like any other cafe. I got the peach cobbler latte and my girlfriend got the honey lavender latte. No notes, would get both again. I really love the concept of this coffee house. The space is clean, open, relaxing, and there's plenty of parking. I also appreciate that they employ individuals with disabilities, that's something I genuinely respect. The only issue was the communication and consistency among staff. I ordered the Harmony Hummus, steak burrito, and a hot lavender honey latte to go. The coffee came out quickly and was about a 7/10. After waiting another 20 minutes for the food with no update, I asked about it and was told the food takes longer because it's made "fresh." What confused me was another customer who ordered after me received his food first. There was also confusion when I asked if the steak burrito could be modified without tater tots. One employee said yes, another said no because it was "premade." So it left me wondering , is the food made fresh or premade, and can modifications be made or not? This is the second cafe I've been to in Fullerton and I loved it. The staff was so so sweet. Our food took a bit longer, but when it was ready, they brought it to us, which I thought was so nice. We got the steak burrito (which was hefty) and the peach cobbler latte. The peach flavor was delightfully light, and wasn't too fruity or floral where you would get sick of it easily. And it came with a granola on top that I did not know I needed. The cafe is huge with plenty of charging ports, with art installations done by the art students at CSUF. And maybe because we came on a day where it wasn't too crowded, it wasn't too loud. Additionally, I fully support how and why they run their business: to give opportunities to disabled/special needs individuals who "conventional employers" would otherwise overlook. I found a coupon to this coffee shop so I decided to try. Cashier answered my questions about how to use the coupon and what applied to the discount. I got a veggie sandwich and added ham. It's made to order, so really fresh. Price wise for sandwich is about 3.5/5, a bit pricey, but the sandwich hits the spot, super delicious. Sat in using the WiFi for an online class. Perfect cafe in the most spacious lot. I stumbled upon this cafe on my feed and decided to try it out. It's at the corner of a bigger plaza which is great for location and visuals. Double doors into a wide interior seating and back seating as well. Big tables. The cafe hires lots of disabled and neurodivergent individuals and I could clearly see that they are working very hard :) I support this sm! Their drink sleeve has the drawing of ASL language as well, very welcoming atmosphere. I wish they had worn a shirt or identified themselves as neurodivergent or disabled so people don't have a negative preconception coming in. The steak burrito is amazing and delicious!! It's huge for a $16 burrito. Comes with spicy aioli, guac, and salsa :) I think it's a peaceful, bright, welcoming cafe. I love what they stand for and people they have working here. If you enjoy a sweet coffee, you would love the maple pecan latte--although I wished it were a little stronger in coffee taste, I still enjoyed the drink! I also ordered a burrito which was not only huge, but delicious! I definitely was full eating just half of the burrito. Upon entering, the space feels welcoming and inviting. There are communal tables and also smaller quieter pods offering privacy. Even at 7:45am, the pods were taken up, which says a lot about how comfortable it is to set up shop and stay awhile. We ordered a banana matcha, and the drink was wonderful! Not too sweet, just a hint of banana. It was so good, my daughter sought out to replicate the recipe when we got home. Chase Coffee Roasters is a cornerstone of the Fullerton community and sets the standard for how other communities can enable and empower the neurodiverse through meaningful employment. I popped in before an appointment in the medical building in the same lot on a Thursday morning. I am so sad this place is not busier! The service is incredible-- very kind and knowledgeable. Nice large place on Nutwood adjacent to the 57 freeway. There is a lot of seating inside in two separate areas, and also some outdoor tables as well. I ordered the peanut butter latte off their summer menu. It had a banana flavored cream top and bits of peanut butter gathered at the bottom and 2 shots of espresso. I also ordered the breakfast bowl with bacon. It had two mashed scoops of avocado and the bacon was thin and crispy. The scrambled eggs were not fully scrambled before it was cooked, and a tad overcooked. The salt wasn't fully incorporated, as there was strong presence in some areas and not in others. I also got the breakfast sandwich on sourdough bread with cheddar cheese and bacon. DELICIOUS. The bread was toasted and buttered perfectly with a great crust on it. The eggs were fluffy and cheddar cheese melted nicely. (You could choose your own cheese and meat) $11 for each item. There was a sign saying they were looking for job coaches to assist the disabled employees with on-the-job training. This was my first time here. I brought my dogs and was able to all sit out on the patio comfortably. I would definitely return again! read more

I've been looking for a local cafe near work, and Chase Coffee Roasters fits the bill. I ordered an everything bagel sandwich with feta and roasted veggies. The scrambled egg had green onions in it, a detail I appreciated. The bagel itself came out perfectly toasted and complemented the hot sauce well. It also came with pesto on the side (which I will happily use for pasta tonight). I appreciated the nooks and armchairs - altogether a cozy atmosphere to take a moment in. I wish this spot was around pre-2007 when I was a student across the street at CSUF! I would have much rather have had this coffee shop at this location rather than Off-Campus Pub. Stopped by with my wife today, and we both enjoyed the coffee and welcoming atmosphere. I ordered the Peanut Butter Latte and she had the Iced Mocha, both very exceptional drinks. We're proud parents of a 7-year-old son who is on the spectrum, and we respect and appreciate the business model of Chase Coffee Roasters, and the great service and coffee by the employees. We wanted to try a new coffee spot and loved that this was right off the freeway on our way to our destination. Yes it was slow and took way longer than it probably should have, but the staff was trying their best. If you are not patient this is probably not the coffee shop for you. The one star down is due to the lids not fitting the coffee cups correctly and one of our coffees spilled all over the place. It took a while for staff to notice we were trying to clean it up with tiny napkins, but once they noticed they rushed over to help clean and even made us a new coffee. It was a long and being very patient visit so one of the employees acknowledged how patient we were by offering us a ticket to come back for a free drink. To the owners please get better cups/lids. Had that not happened the waiting time would not have been terrible. First time here they have a great location surrounded by food places and across the street of CSUF. So glad my friends and I popped into this coffee shop on a hot day - we discovered a coffee shop w/ amazing unique flavors, kind service and a great space to hangout/study! We asked the barista for her recommendations and she recommended a few lattes - my group ended up with the Peanut Butter Latte, CCR Latte, and a Spanish Latte and all of them were very solid! I loved the cold foam they added on top of the CCR and Peanut Butter Latte (banana cold foam). I wished I got a drink with cold foam on it! This coffee place was nice and cozy. They serve breakfast, pastries, and of course coffee. It seemed like a busy Saturday morning when we visited. From what I could tell, there were two staff members working up front (a lady and a guy), and possibly another person in the kitchen. The woman who took our order was pleasant and friendly. She even double-checked with the kitchen to confirm that the burrito we wanted was available, which I appreciated. We placed our order at 8:52 AM, but our food didn't come out until about 20-25 minutes later. A couple of other customers who were there before us also had to follow up on their orders, and they seemed to be in a rush. One of them, who mentioned they were from out of town, was offered three free drinks, which was nice to see. When our food finally came out, it was packed in a to-go box even though we said it was for dine-in. My wife was pretty hungry, so we opened the burrito--and unfortunately, we found a strand of hair inside the box. I brought it to one of the staff members and let them know. The response I received wasn't very reassuring. Instead of an apology or explanation, I was asked what I wanted them to do--whether I wanted another one or to throw it away. That interaction felt a bit off, especially given the situation. I ended up requesting a refund because I wasn't sure how long a replacement would take or how it would be handled. Overall, the place has a good vibe and friendly service at the start, but the experience during a busy time could definitely be improved--especially when it comes to food quality and handling customer concerns. Very spacious area with plenty of tables and comfy seating. They also have a little souvenir shop in the corner. Unfortunately, their matcha isn't very good. I ordered the regular matcha latte with vanilla sweetener but it didn't taste sweet at all. All I tasted was the matcha and milk. My friend ordered the strawberry matcha and it didn't taste good either. I don't know if I should have asked for more vanilla sweetener, but I think their standard for matcha is really just the non-sweetened version.
