You should be able to do more for the pain. That's what pain killers are for. I should not have to go through all this just to get a little bit of comfort. I don't know what's going on but pain killers are for people that are in pain. That's why they are made. Just because some people decide to kill themselves by being stupid with drugs that they aren't supposed to take doesn't mean I should being going through all this. Let the people that need what they need get what they need. I don't get to just rest at home for days after an extraction I have a job to do I can't just take off, so going through a job all day long in extreme amount of discomfort and pain is completely unnecessary!!( UPDATE 6:30am) at the hospital doctor comes in. I tell him my dentist won't write me another prescription because it's illegal to write me another one. He looks at me with the most confused look and said that's absolutely false they definitely can write you a prescription... so who the hell am I actually supposed to believe. This is crazy

Dr. Namiranian was also very good. He spent a lot of time reviewing my x-rays with me and going over options for a treatment plan. The staff was incredibly kind and understanding, and Dr. Georges was skilled and efficient. The same day crown procedure was a life saver for me, especially being out of town and away from my local dentist. I left the office pain free and so happy from the excellent care I received. My insurance says no. I requested a cleaning that is covered by insurance. In a bait and switch, I was told I had to have a "deep cleaning". I was not informed the "deep cleaning" is not covered. My insurance tells me there is no dental diagnosis that is called a "deep cleaning". It is actually called a periodontal scaling and root planing. Had I been told this, I would have recognized it as not preventive and therefore, not covered. I was billed $600.75. For a procedure not done by a dentist that took less than an hour. This dental office needs some training in full disclosure of costs to patients.

My first statement to her was that I could not hear her if she is yelling . She proceeded to talk over me saying she was not yelling and I needed to listen to her. I listened ... she yelled, "when you go into Publix 'to buy chicken..." I ignored that because it was obvious she was vibrating low on this good Monday morning. I said Ma'am, we aren't talking about Publix, we are talking about you resubmitting a claim like Jen used to do when the insurance company gave any pushback. I guess that was good, old fashioned, long gone customer service. Thanks Jen, wherever you are. It is certainly my responsibility and I will handle it with the companies we pay to cover these expenses. The next thing I told her was that she was being extremely unprofessional. It was early so obviously no one was in the waiting area... she was loud. Still talking over me, she proceeded to tell me that they were very professional taking care of me and my family. She's 95% correct there; however, let's bring it to the current moment.... Her behavior is unacceptable and anyone in the office on Monday morning can vouch for that. I understand she's upset about not getting her money right away, but I'll continue to do my best to get it resolved. The meantime, go ahead and take me and my family off the books. As soon as I resolve the matter, I will be transferring our 4 sets of dental records elsewhere. There is no way I can ignore that type of abuse and continue to bring my family there for dental services. I went into the office the following morning Because I didn't want to chance not making progress By getting Mrs Lee ( obviously who she is because she is sooooo mad) on the phone with all that yelling and no listening. I was able to speak to a different representative who canceled all future appointments and also had called and received the information I was trying to relay. Let me mention, that throughout my conversation with the other young lady, the Asian lady kept jumping up to bring me policies, and to tell me she isn't listening to me because I don't pay my bills, and how she's sending me to collections. I told her to send it. If that's your job, do it. In the meantime I'll be getting someone else to pay this bill- the insurance company). I'm not new to this, I know all of my responsibilities, rights, laws, credit and all. You'll get paid. I'll remove your bad mark. Wala! Everyone will be happy. Well, I don't know about you. You're mean. She also wanted me to say thank you, and I Obliged. Sorry for the delay; however, someone needs to have a serious talk with her-even though we all know she won't listen- or doesn't have to listen, but try some water yoga or meditation bc she went berserk on the phone and in person. She was patient and throughout my visit, there was very little pain. And yet, my teeth are amazingly clean. Overall: Will definitely return. I felt comfortable prior to the visit, enjoyed how unexpectedly high-tech the office was (text reminders, plenty of online reviews to read...), and the staff were friendly, helpful, and thorough.

However the other procedure for the 3 teeth did not go as well. One tooth the nerve was damaged during the procedure and when I brought it to his attention he just said that it's a side effect from having tooth surgery. I'm so upset by how he's handled this situation and now I have to travel overseas for 2 months with tooth pain because I leave in a few days for my trip and he doesn't have time to fix it. Instead of 1 star, I'll have to give 2 stars because the front desk team and his assistants are nice. I don't think I'll ever be back here. I'm so upset by everything because on a tooth that was fine, I'm pretty sure I'll now need a root canal.
