Such a quaint spot. Was decently busy when I went Saturday morning. I sat outside and the coffee was great. This used to be blvd baes but this new change is way better. It sits next door to Mimo which is a garden so after eating take a stroll and buy some flowers. We got the Benedict salmon which i enjoyed and the huevos rancheros . The best part about this place is the outdoor patio. It's right next to a nursery garden so it's super cute for brunch/breakfast. I enjoyed the food overall, although I think the omelette is a bit overpriced. The bread it came with was so fresh and soft, it was delicious. All their dishes have pretty presentation, so bonus points for that! Our service was a little slow, and we had to wait around for our bill. TWENTY MINUTES WENT BY (how do I know? I was watching a video on my phone that had 18 min left on it, so when I asked for the bill I continued watching the video and once it finished I realized I still hadn't gotten the check, so I wave him down and he comes over and says "yes, would you like coffee or dessert?" and I said, no id like the check. so he realizes I had already asked him and he turns and hands me the screen to tap and pay, and he says "don't worry the tip is already added" NO I WORRY!!!!! because you don't deserve a tip for service that was dismissive, neglectful and unprofessional. don't even waste your time, id get uber eats cause the food was good. the strawberry matcha was cute.... im just upset that the tip is automatically added (which I have no issue to tip) but the service is HORRIBLE read more

This place is very special. It's surrounded by plants in open air and it's just perfect. The menu is small, not complicated, but what a beautiful selection of yummy food. Such a perfect little brunch/lunch spot for the neighborhood. Very small indoor space with 4-5 tables or so but has a lovely patio that's shaded and with lots of fans. The service is excellent, the food is consistently delicious, and coffees are tasty. I've been three times now and I will absolutely be going back on the regular. We've enjoyed the pancakes, waffle, a croissant, chilequiles, and huevos rancheros. All were perfection. read more
