I took my car today and after paying $65.00 for the VIP package, it's literally the most expensive and worse car washes I have ever had. The outside was nice, but after I left I noticed my trunk was left open. I get out to close it and put something in my back seat and it was filthy. They hadn't cleaned the mats in the front or back seat and the sand and dirt from Easter weekend was still all over the place. I have been going there for years and this has never happened. I showed up not long after they opened and they worked on it not long after that. There's a big outdoor seating area for you to wait or you can wait inside if the heat is too much. So, they raise their prices but decrease the quality of their service!! Brought my 3 week old car to get it washed. When they were through, there were scratches all over the right passenger side fender. When I brought them to there attention they said they were already on the car. I asked for the manager and he wiped over them a few time and then said the car was dirty and I probably didn't see them and that the car dealership probably covered them up so when the car was washed they showed up. I showed him sap and dirt that was still on the car after the hand wash so he cleaned it off. I have been coming here for many years in short more than 15 years on and off due to the service and quality experiences. This last experience was this morning I get it business is good and there busy , some things I can oversee and understand. But the last two visits have been unacceptable. The manager redid the vacuuming and still didn't get it right plus any dust that the pressure blower blew out landed all over the outside trims that had armor all but he didn't seem to notice that until I pointed it out. My wood dash you can see the wipe marks where the towel started and the dust it didn't pick up. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Showed the manager again and all he said was let me get a rag to wipe it. I was there a couple of weeks ago for a car/carpet cleaning. In good faith I left some money in the center console (I know I shouldn't have) and when I received my vehicle back it was gone. I initially did not want to make a fuss about it. However, when I spoke to the manager he tried to convince me there was no money there and that he often tests his employees by putting money in customers cars to see if they would steal. I didn't even request for them to try and pay me back or anything of the sort. I simply wanted them to know the type of employees they hire. To which he didn't seem to care based on his responses. Some days later I noticed my Apple AirTag was also missing and when I traced its location, SURPRISE SURPRISE! It's at the car wash near the area where they were detailing my car. I submitted a complaint through their online site and still no response. I really hope your management reads these reviews because I will be seeking legal council if I do not hear back to make this right. I have been getting my oil changed here for 40 years, the last two (2) times they didn't check a single fluid. The sign says they do, and they have for the last 35 years. But now they don't, oh it gets better, the used the wrong blend of oil this time (They have a sticker with the milage and blend on the inside of my window). And they left a screw out so now I have the plastic undercover hanging loose on the front of my truck. My husband spent $200 here for a wash and wax. They end up using a product on his windshield that was clearly not intended to be used on glass. As a result, they have completely ruined his windshield. The entire windshield is now indefinitely fogged up, and the car is completely inoperable at night time. My husband took the car back and asked them to fix it, which they were unable to do because no product they had was strong enough to remove whatever is on the glass. I took my car there for a car wash on Friday afternoon at 4:15PM and told the guy I will pick it up at 5:25PM (because they were closing at 6:00PM). When I told the guy I will pick it up at 5:25 pm, he said yeah that's fine. So I got there at 5:20PM to pick up my car and they were closed. All the gates were closed and locked. All the lights were off. I have waited there at least 10-15 minutes, called them 10 times and even emailed them. No response at all, I got mad and left home with Uber. When I got home I called them and emailed them again, but no reply. Next morning I called them and talked to the lady, and she acted like this is normal, she didn't even apologize. So I took Uber again to there to pick up my car wash. When I got there I met this lady and that stupid guy again, I asked them "why didn't you tell me that you guys are closing early at 5:00 instead of 6:00 PM? By the way everywhere shows that they are closing at 6:00PM ( update your hours everywhere). So they give me this stupid look and all they said " we always close at 5PM, but that guy never told me anything. I picked up my car and they didn't Bebe clean it well, it had all the wet spots on the car. 3 days later this guy called me and tried to "help" me, but pissed me off even more, he told me let me take a look the situation and I will call you back. Take a look at what???? It has been 2 weeks and this called manager is still calling me back. Lmaooo clowns!!!!!.
