First off--this was NOT a deep tissue massage. None of my knots were worked out, and my back actually hurts more leaving than it did walking in. That alone is a failure of the service. But it gets worse. The therapist kept walking out of the room like it didn't matter if I was even there, completely breaking the experience. At one point, he literally had his elbow pressed into my back while texting on his phone. Let that sink in. I'm paying for a professional service, and he's on his phone mid-"massage"? That's beyond disrespectful. I came in trying to take care of my body before my birthday tomorrow, just wanting to feel relaxed for once--and instead I left irritated, uncomfortable, and honestly pissed off. Whatever management change happened here needs to be addressed immediately. The quality, professionalism, and care are gone. The people who originally made this place worth coming to need to come back, because this is a completely different and much worse experience. Walking out, the whole vibe felt off--like nobody actually cares about the service anymore. I won't be back unless something drastically changes.

She asked if I liked stretching (I do) and the next thing I knew I was folded up like a pretzel -- it was amazing.
