What made the experience even more uncomfortable was that while working on my back, she tried to squeeze a small cyst I have. That was completely inappropriate and unexpected. Lynn wasn't working today so I was assigned to a different therapist and she was the worst. I forgot her name but she didn't speak any English at all, so it was very hard to communicate with her. Even when I was trying to act/show her what kind of massage I wanted which she still didn't understand :( The worst of it all is their VERY AGGRESSIVE tip chart. For a $60 one hour massage they are asking for at MINIMUM 40% tip which equates to $25 - like WOW. The reason why I stopped coming here was more about how some of the therapists (not Lynn) would verbally harass you if you give them less than 40% tip - I usually tip $15 - $20 depending on how good the massage was. They didn't have this tip chart posted before, but now it is posted in every room, the hallway, entrance to the massage area, and I believe also in the restroom. So with that in mind. Book with your own discretion and be prepared to have at least $25 in cash for tip.
