The sweetness comes from the charred mashed sweet potato, while the roasted shredded pork shoulder, lime-marinated red onion, cilantro, and yellow pepper aioli bring in the savory flavors. We both really loved the flavor profile of the pork sandwich. I really enjoyed it and wish I had a whole sandwich of this one! We also had the Philly Me Up sandwich. This one was a miss for us, definitely. This was pretty bland and just didn't compare to the deliciousness of the pork sandwich. Our sides were good, which included french fries, and roasted cauliflower. The portions are pretty small for the price point of the food.
