Had a nice breakfast this morning at Aloha Stacks. Dillon helped me with the order and displayed top notch customer service with a smile and positive demeanor. Maribelle and Norma were also excellent and provided the order delivery and refills on their coffee which was quite good. This location is a quick service type restaurant so you order first, seat yourself and they bring it to your table. I had the Island Chilaquiles and the pulled pork was delicious. My friend had the pancakes. Inside seating was comfortable and there were also several seats outside as well. Service was quick and friendly and everything was nice and clean. A very nice place to start your day. My girlfriend and I arrived during a good time window to where they were busy, but tables were still available. My girlfriend ordered the pancake breakfast with sausage & bacon, while I had the mushroom, spinach & cheese omelet. Enjoyed the fact that they had two people working the table areas, keeping them clean, affording a good turnover rate as well as helping me with getting a carafe of water and a to go box for my girlfriend's unfinished breakfast, for which she enjoyed later that day. Even though it can get crowded on a Sunday morning, there appears to be ample tables and a good turnover rate to meet the demand. The staff is always so friendly! The last time I was there, on our way out, I had a sweet conversation with one of the team members and asked for her favorite menu item. She recommended the crepes, so you can bet I'll be back to try those next time. I ordered a breakfast burrito and really enjoyed the chips and beans it came with (beans and chips should always be a breakfast side option). I went with spam in my burrito, which I probably wouldn't do again, but I'm excited to try a different meat next time. You can really taste the quality and care that goes into their food. There's a good amount of seating at the restaurant. While I'll always have a soft spot for Rubinos (the beloved pizza restaurant that used to be in this location), Aloha Stacks is a great addition to the neighborhood and we're happy it's here. read more

Went to this venue on Labor Day and it was extremely busy! You have to order your food at the counter then they find your party a table. It works out well and when your food is ready, they bring it to your table. The service was exceptional. I had the Ice Tea and Breakfast Burrito. Way more food than I could consume and they brought a container so I could bring it home. The food was great except my beans were a little cold, but the burrito was warm and delicious. The restaurant was clean and there were tables outside also. Quite frankly, I was impressed with service and how quickly tables were cleaned for the next customer. We had a big party, about 11 people, the waiters accommodated for us immediately and our food came pretty quickly! The only problem I actually had was the way they sit up down. You have to stand in a line and then order your food and then sit down, and the line was pretty long. However, that just means that they're as popular as they should be. Very disappointing experience. We were standing in line waiting to order when another customer blatantly cut in front of us. The employee helping her clearly saw what happened and chose to ignore it. Instead of addressing the situation, they proceeded to take her order as if nothing had happened. When another employee finally helped us, we mentioned that the customer had cut in front of us. Rather than apologizing or acknowledging the issue, we were met with a blank stare and an attitude that suggested we were the problem for bringing it up. No apology, no attempt to make things right, and no concern whatsoever for basic customer service. We decided to leave without ordering. If a business can't be bothered to treat customers fairly or show even the slightest bit of courtesy when an issue is brought to their attention, then they clearly don't value our business. read more

We just recently moved to the area and needed breakfast after moving day! Aloha Stacks always looks pretty popular when we have driven by, so we figured this was a good spot to try. Outside there is plenty of parking si ce it is in a shared lot with other businesses. There are some tables on a "patio" area. Inside is lined with booths and plenty of seating, and an A-frame menu advertising their specials. The system here is order at the counter and you are given a number, then you find a seat and they bring your order to you. Service was prompt and friendly! I ordered the "breakfast taco" with bacon. On the menu it is singular, says "taco", not "tacos" so I had no idea what I was actually getting myself into! When my food came, I was shocked to see 3 very generously filled tacos adoring my plate. I generally have a small appetite so I was only able to finish one taco before realizing I needed to take the rest to go. The tacos were good, and the tiny salsa they came with was delicious. My husband ordered a breakfast burrito with kalua pork, and he also got a coconut coffee. The coffee was served with some cute latte art and had a nice balance between the coffee flavor and the flavored syrup. It was just the right amount of sweetness. The burrito was delicious, and the pork was so flavorful! We were both very happy with our meals and are excited to come back for breakfast again. This place is always great but especially today I felt the need to give them a rating. My husband I went early in the morning and it was fantastic. It was crowded inside so we opted to sit outside. The food came out legit within 5-7 minutes and was absolutely delicious. The server who brought our food out was kind enough to turn on the outside heating for us as it was chilly and there was a multiple servers stopping by to check on us every 10 minutes or less. The employees were happy and had positive vibes. I got the Kalua Pork Egg Benedict with home-fried potatoes and a hot Hawaiian Coffee. The pork was so tender and flavorful. It's the best egg Benedict's I have had in a while. I also tried the fresh P.O.G Juice, and it was so refreshing. I also got a short stack of coconut pineapple pancakes. We didn't even get to order our food before being left with a bad taste and experience already. On Thursday, 6/18 After patiently waiting in line we are cut off by another customer behind us who decided she didn't want to wait anymore and resulted to push between us to then place her order when it was our turn. The employee at the register saw this and decided to still help her. She even pointed to us and admitted to the employee "they were here first but I just wanted to purchase a bottle of coconut syrup." Instead of asking her to kindly wait in orderly fashion inline he helps her.. another register opens up, we approached when we were called up to me greeted by the most unpleasant and unprofessional employee. Being greeted with dirty looks and an unapproachable demeanor is not how you represent any company you choose to work for. My mom and I tried this spot for brunch after church this past Sunday. You order at the counter and then can sit wherever you want. I think I prefer this style restaurant setup, because it's so much more efficient, and you're not stuck waiting forever for your server to come back to give you your check. There was a decently long line out the door, but it moved pretty quickly, I would say it took about 10 minutes. It was also super easy to find seating; they have indoor and outdoor seating. I ordered the Kahlua pork Benedict which was recommended by the staff, and my mom ordered the strawberry waffle. I'm a big Benedict fan, so I was excited to try their signature Hawaiian shredded pork twist. It was very tasteful, juicy, and well-balanced with the hollandaise sause.
