I guess anything is possible but we check the chemicals religiously! Wasn't worth arguing and wasn't an expensive fix ,Carl got kinda nasty when we pushed the issue,just ended up fixing it myself. All in all we love the tub just don't love the attitude. If you live outside their service area just plan on having to fix it yourself.

When he finally did show up to install the heater, I had told him in advance not to wake me up until he had the job done. When he woke me up he told me that I owed $355.00 for that days labor. I trusted it was true and paid him as I had not idea how long he had been working. Later, I checked my security cams and discovered that it took him under 30 minutes. Since when do hot tub techs make $700 per hour? Knowing that this is an unreasonable amount to pay for hot tub service I contacted the store.
