This place is amazing. I was in town for a Clemson football game and needed to find a decent breakfast. I didn't expect to find much but stumbled across Sunnyside and it looked busy so I figured it should be good and went in to give it a chance. I do a lot of traveling and I can honestly say that this was one of the best breakfasts that I have ever eaten. I got an omelette with ham, cheese, peppers and onions with a side of bacon and toast. I know, it doesn't sound like much but it was delicious. While talking with the waitress, I learned that they source all of the meat, eggs and produce locally when it is possible. I don't know if it was the local fresh food or just a great cook but mine was great. I had a glass of OJ that was great and woke up with a large mug of some coffee that I wish I could remember the name of. I didn't have to wait for a table but they were busy. It took a few minutes to get my order in but the waitress was keeping my coffee full and my food came out hot about 15 minutes after I arrived. Very satisfied with my experience, will be back next year for another game and some more breakfast. read more

I love their new location. We visited this past Sunday 7.8.18. Their staff seems disorganized and you can see the rush on their face. They also did not update their menus before moving locations. The dining room is a bit tight and crowded. The poor hostess was running around the restaurant helping the servers and bussers, while doing this she slipped TWICE in front of customers because there was not a mat placed by the kitchen window. During this time there was also a full house up front waiting to be seated(you can't help wait times though). We were just a 2 top and got seated immediately after the hostesses ordeal. We waited nearly 10 minutes for her to come back up front however. The food was great I got the SunnySide Breakfast with scrambled eggs, bacon and house fries. My fiancé got the Bacon, Egg, and Cheese biscuit with house fries. Our server was friendly and prompt. I will go back on a less busy day and update my review should it be necessary. read more

I had a wonderful breakfast experience at this restaurant! The visit started off great thanks to Olivia, the hostess, who was so sweet and professional, even while dealing with some very rude customers -- she handled it with a smile and made us feel welcome right away. Our waitress, Breanna "Bri", was amazing too. Even though the restaurant was really busy, she was patient and so accommodating. I'm a picky eater and we made a lot of changes to our food, which caused a mix-up in the kitchen, but Breanna fixed everything without any attitude at all. She even adjusted the bill to make up for the trouble, which I really appreciated. I would absolutely recommend this place, especially if you're nervous about eating out and worried about getting bad service -- you'll be in good hands here. My only small suggestion would be to season the food just a little more, but overall, it was a great meal and an even better experience. I'll definitely be back! read more

The sandwiches were great but the fries were hard and starchy like they hadn't been cooked at all before going in the fryer.
