I stumbled onto this thrift shop when I had some time to kill around Sunnyside. It looked like a community thrift shop, a legitimate business that isn't all that into glamouring it up and calling everything "vintage". That intrigued me and I was ready to dive into find some goodnesses. First impression of the thrift shop is that it isn't very neat. It isn't unorganized but within the organized sections, there is bit of chaos. But I'm a pro and I appreciate thrifting so I kept on going deeper. The store associates just let me glide on by and do my own thing, never noting me or anything. I prefer it that way, but some people might not. It is not as expensive as some of the other ones I've seen and it does accept credit cards. It has clothes, books, shoes, kitchenware, bakeware, jewelry, DVDs, and some pieces of furniture (?) / decoration pieces. Some of the clothes looked straight out of a bag someone might have donated many many months ago - still has some sort of unfamiliar smell. In the end I saw really nice pieces, some really new-like pieces. I left with two sweaters, totaled to $10. One had a blue tag which means 50% off (yay!). I'm not sure if they cycle through a discounted tag color every now and then but when I went, it was blue = 50% off. This store isn't the nicest - but I would come back every now and then and do a thorough inspection of all that it has to offer.

Wildly overpriced for things that are not in good condition or desirable in anyway. The jewelry section in the front is also a mess

It was a little difficult getting our shopping cart full of donations in the door with all the customers rushing in on top of us. They need a clear pathway when you enter. There's too much stuff around the front door. They do have a better way of leaving donations. There's a big bin now where you just put everything in. I didn't have to waste a shopping bag after removing everything from my cart. The biggest selling point for me is the opening time of 10am. Most Thrift Stores open later. I'll definitely be back when I clean out again. It's an endless cycle!

I saw an old lady trip over a box, she turned to the two women behind the register and notified them of how unsafe it is to have a box there and how she almost just fell. They IGNORE her and keep talking amongst themselves. Very rude and no sense of customer service, and this was further exemplified by my checkout experience. I found a very beat up ralph lauren card holder with no price on it. The leather was stained and peeling in some areas. Some other wallets were marked between $4-$6. I went up to the counter and asked how much it was, expecting a similar price considering the condition. She pulls her phone and I kid you not spends almost two minutes googling how much it's worth online? And looks at me with a straight face and says it's $20. HA. I said no thank you I'll just take this candle. I hand her cash and she gives me change and doesn't even look me in the eye, no thank you, no have a nice day, just hands me change and walks away and starts saying something in Russian to the other girl. I would not shop here again or recommend the store to anyone, the selection / prices are subpar at best, and the customer service is seriously lacking.

Straight ahead are a few racks, some glass cabinet displays of more wallets, accessories and small bags. Heading toward the back, the store opens up to a larger area in the back. There is a central display table with a few mannequins, then a full wall glass display of handbags on the right. In the central back area are about 5-6 aisles of merchandise, shoes, accessories. Some of the items were in good condition, others showed very obvious signs of wear. I saw a women's cashmere sweater for $19.99, other clothes ranging up to $200. Handbags from $40 to $500+. The racks were very full. Plan to do a lot of digging thru racks to shop here. For a second hand/thrift store I will say this sits in the middle of the road overall, not quite Salvation Army or Buffalo Exchange, maybe a step above these, though also products not as good condition as INA or some of the smaller thrift boutiques. I didn't have much interaction with the staff since I didn't end up getting anything, so can't comment on service.

The second time they wouldn't take anything and made me take the suitcase back. The good thing is that they will donate the clothes so you don't have to take them back but unless they are designer label you might as well give them away or throw them away. Also, the second time I brought them in aft 5 pm and they wouldn't let me come back the next morning - said I had to come back at 7:30 pm. However they did call to tell me they weren't taking anything. Perfectly good clothes - some of them new. The weird thing is the stuff in the window was ugly. I guess it's a matter of taste. :(
