Because of fog our whale boat outing was cancelled so we stopped here for breakfast. Tiny space in front of the pier, only six small tables. There was a blueberry pie sitting on the open window sill so we knew this place had a baker! They offer breakfast sandwiches, coffee, juice, crepes, pancakes, fresh fruit and a variety of baked goods including scones, muffins, pies, and cakes. Wow! All I can say is the breakfast bagel sandwich that I had was the best breakfast sandwich I have ever had anywhere. The bagel was freshly baked, the fillings were fresh with an egg cheese and sausage. Very cute shop which was right where the cruise ship tender boats dropped us off. We (mom and i) walked past and saw the blueberry pies cooling at the window. They looked delicious! I love this place. I'm a local, I can say that this place is one of my favorite and only spots I go to regularly. The food is fantastic, great price for what you get, and the owners are sweet as pie and very good at what they do. If they have their bread pudding, BUY IT. The lobster crepe and the raspberry cognac crepe I had there were both stunning. The salmon crepe had a smoky salmon, onions, arugala, tomatoes and cream cheese. It reminded me of a salmon egg bagel. Onion was a little strong for those who could be sensitive. The brie crepe also had apple and prosciutto and was a nice balance of flavors. The blueberry pie was the BEST we have had througout our NE trip. The crust is tender, the blueberries are the stars with the right amount of sweetness. I could have eaten a whole pie. I should have had whole blueberry muffin-it was absolutely delicious straight out of the oven!
