I setup an appointment with the other contractor and they no-call no-showed. I'm glad they did, because Jon contacted me a few days later apologizing for the delayed response on Yelp and asked if I could continue the conversation via email(hence my original note in this review). There was a princess tree or something of that nature that sprouted up last year and needed to go as it was getting out of control, my wife wanted weeds removed, washed rocks, and peonies in front. In the back we also finally decided to finish our walkway with flagstone. Jon was great to work with, responding to both texts and emails for verifications and changes throughout the process and pricing was competitive. (These items were missing from the initial install.) They left piles of larger rocks just dumped in two spots, bare areas in the flower beds, and old shrubs that were never removed from the initial installation. I immediately texted the owner once the crew left and sent him pictures via text message. Despite my efforts to reach out--many text messages that received responses promising to fix the issues and an email that went unanswered--your lack of communication has been unprofessional and frustrating. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company to anyone seeking reliable landscaping services. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere!

We hired Steven of All Terrain Lawn care to install a patio for our backyard…read more Steven met with us and heard our concerns about the area, our desire to create a welcoming, open space for gatherings that would address our drainage issue and flow into our backyard seamlessly. He came up with a design and worked with us as we tweaked it over the weeks of installation. Steven also designed a bluestone front walkway (and saved us a ton of $ with an overlay). As we saw our vision coming to fruition, we just kept adding to the project. Steven also added a flowerbed In our front yard and meticulously place several boulders throughout the front beds (no photos yet, still working on plantings). I highly recommend giving Steven a call for your outdoor hardscaping projects. He gave us a very competitive estimate, worked onsite with his employees and made great recommendations (like adding lights to our stone seated walls) as the project took shape. We would have him back in a heartbeat (and probably will) for additional outdoor work!
