The workers just literally took it on it on themselves, as if they live here , and start chopping ...extremely disappointed and extremely disturbing. Upon complaining to the manager, the manager came out to our home , very belligerent, refused to listen and said it was nothing wrong. We asked him to leave our property. He would not and we had to called law-enforcement to have him removed from my property . We do not want anything further to do with this company and we cancelled our contract forthwith .

They removed excessive tree roots, trenched and built a sturdy retaining wall to protect the tree, regraded the yard to ensure proper slope for water runoff, and created two attractive flower beds with enriched soil and black mulch. They laid sod across multiple curb strips and the front of the house, carefully blending seams and finishing edges. Their quote was by far the fairest among five contractors we interviewed, and the workmanship shows it. With extra sod available they even took additional time to install over a curb strip for me. They cleaned up meticulously and even power washed the sidewalks. This team went above and beyond to support my request. What the pictures don't say however, are all of the little nuances and seams that Ed successfully trouble shot along the way. In a word, it was complicated! In the end, the project turned out to be visually stunning and flawlessly executed. He built one retaining wall from scratch along a stretch of land with significantly changing elevation and seamlessly extended another that was in great shape; but you'd never know from looking at it that it was extended. Perhaps most importantly, my project had some quirky drainage challenges bc it is a legacy home in a hilly area. I'm not exaggerating when I say when we get a heavy rain, it doesn't matter where the water lands. It all goes right to the drain! I attribute this to the fact that Ed set up the elevation strings to retest the pitching at multiple stages in the project. Almost compulsively--which is what you want in a contractor! Lastly, Ed and his team showed up literally every weather permitting week day from the day they started until the day they finished.
