She gave me fake Russian dolls lips, with a sharpe ledge/edge and tons of lumps and visible bumps. When I asked her to fix them, she was mean and horrible to me!! she berated me and fought with me about dissolving what she had done! STAY AWAY!!! Her page says over and over that she specializes is natural looking lips and in my case it couldn't be farther from the truth!! If you have an issue with her work, she will fight with you, blame you, make you feel guilty, deny anything being wrong, mock you, criticize you, and I'm my case make me feel so awful that I cried hysterically for the rest of the appointment.... My lips are bigger than I wanted them and worst of all I have visible lumps and bumps all over the top lip which she still claimed would ago away over the next couple months. I have never had to wait over 30 minutes to see him. He always makes time to listen to all of your concerns. I was impressed that he was well versed and knowledgeable in a rare prior condition that I had. They will charge a no show fee if you do not show to your appointment. The office is shared with a sleep study facility.

To whom it may concern, On 07/21/2017, my mother, a…read moresenior citizen who is about 80 years old with low income, went to Dr. Kubal's clinic to get exam for her immigration naturalization form N-684(Medical Certification for Disability Exception). Dr. Kubal charged her $100 cash and filled the form. On 09/21/2018, my mother went to her naturalization interview, the officer told her that her N-684 from was filled incorrectly. After the interview, we went to Dr. Kubal's clinic, he insisted that he had to charge my mother an other $150 to correct the same form. We went his clinic a few times, but Dr. Kubal refused to correct the form unless he got paid. Even his associate Dr. Kamoj told us that my mother shouldn't get charged for the same paper. Due to Dr. Kubal's greedy, my mother failed on her naturalization.

This review is for the Coronado "recovery suites" which is connected to and located right next door…read morethe surgery center. My mother in law was supposed to spend two nights here after a total knee replacement. I had certain expectations of what this would be like, and unfortunately I was disappointed. She was placed in a recliner chair rather than a bed and was apparently expected to sleep two nights in a chair (that didn't actually happen but for other reasons so keep reading...). She did walk up and down the hall once with a physical therapist. They had no ability to give IV pain or nausea medication, and she was unable to keep anything down after the procedure. They also apparently could not give IV fluids to combat dehydration from not taking any oral intake. She was in pain as a result since she not keep down any oral pain medications and IV medications were not an option. She was presented a menu from... wait for it... Applebee's for her post-operative meal. Nothing says post-op recovery like steak and french fries from Applebee's. Needless to say, she could not eat this as she could not even keep water down. She had chest pain the first night she was there. Staff attempted to perform an EKG, but they were unable to get the EKG machine to work. So they decided to send her to the emergency room where she remained for another two nights in a hallway. The only plus about this facility is that the nursing and ancillary staff were very kind. I don't recommend it for recovery from a total knee replacement, however. Their limited ability to manage post-op symptoms means you will very likely be quite uncomfortable. When she's ready for her next knee to be done we will be looking to have this procedure done in an inpatient hospital with a stay of two nights or so to better manage pain and nausea with IV medications.
