We were in need of a roofing crew to replace the recalled shingles that sadly were covering our house. We kept seeing Sunrise Roofing going through our neighborhood as neighbor after neighbor was hiring them for their roofing needs. Luckily for us we were able to watch them work on several houses from start to finish. We were able to see their professionalism, organization, and process. We were beyond impressed. We made it a point to stop by as they were working on a house on our street and ask them if they wouldn't mind consulting with us on our house. Kendall was very nice and came by that same afternoon on his way out of the neighborhood. He was very knowledgeable about the recalled shingles and knew exactly how we needed to handle the situation. He climbed up on the roof to take a closer look and made notes for his estimate. While he was up there he noticed several places where shingles were missing or needed to be fixed and without charge he took it upon himself to fix them right then and there. We hadn't seen an estimate yet or even hired him for the job but already out of the kindness of his heart he was fixing our roof in several places so make sure it would be okay until we were able to get a new roof put on. I can't tell you enough about what a good man Kendall is and his character speaks for itself. Since that day, we had tree damage from the recent hurricane on another property we own. Of course our first call was to Kendall at Sunrise Roofing. He immediately came out and gave us a great price for not only roofing repairs but with upgraded shingles too. I've had roofing work done on a couple of houses prior to moving to my current home but I've never had a more pleasant experience than I did in working with Sunrise Roofing. I had damage caused to my roof from Hurricane Irma back in September of this year. I was a little hesitant in my search for a roofing company in fear of my previous experiences with other companies. A friend of mine referred me to Sunrise Roofing and couldn't say enough good things about her experience so I decided to give them a call. The sales rep that contacted me back was extremely knowledgeable & professional. He showed up on time, was very friendly, He conducted a free inspection to see what the extent of the damage was & if I was in a position to qualify for a replacement through my insurance. He knew exactly how to help me navigate & deal with the insurance company & the entire process from start to finish! He actually helped me deal with the insurance adjuster, answered all the necessary questions, & took care of all of the paper needed. On the day of the actual roof tear off & replacement the crew that showed up was extremely courteous & did the entire job in one day!!! Clean up was spotless and my new roof is top of the line!!!! Don't usually take the time to post reviews. Not interested in being negative or ugly but when I am happy and quite satisfied with a service I have received, I'm glad to do it. The whole process of having a complete roof replacement has been a good and trouble free experience. From the time that Matt Holmes initially came to the door to the completion of the job was a quick and trouble free process. I particularly liked having numerous correspondences with Matt and having him tell me what his company was going to do and guaranteeing my satisfaction. Didn't waste my time telling me what is wrong with all the other companies and how bad they are, he just stuck to what Sunrise could do. I hired them on with great confidence and was not disappointed. Most impressed with the clean up and condition my property was left in. When they were done, you would never have known anyone had been there all day. The roof was complete and looked great! There is a tremendous amount of old material that comes off the roof and they even took the time to protect all the inexpensive bedding plants I had just planted. I would not recommend to anyone. We were going to let them do our new roof, however after seeing all the bad reviews and at our onsite meeting at our home we had an issue. They just showed up and started telling us we could not use anyone else and they would file a lein on our home just like they did others. We called our Insurance and discovered they were calling and acting like me and asked for all docs to be sent to their email because I (the homeowner did not have an email) Our insurance called us and warned us of this company tactics. We just received a letter of intent to file lein for non-payment in full, However NO SERVICES HAVE BEEN DONE AT ALL! We are making a complaint to the BBB, and contacting the anyone & everyone we can. If a Fraudulent lein is placed we will seek all civil & or criminal actions available thru the court. They try to put fear into using them or get a Lein on home if you decide to use a more reputable company.I will try and post the texts threats they made also. Do not use them until you research there reviews. Im not the only one who has had this issue with them. read more

Had Sunrise come by and look at my roof with missing shingles, the inspector Tyler showed up and seemed very happy to be there when I met with him. After looking at my roof he told me he was very confident there was enough wind damage to get my insurance company to replace it. I was nervous at first, because I had used a claim the year before and the roofer we used then helped us in no way at all and our insurance told us they weren't gonna do anything. But NOT THIS TIME. Tyler was on it, he helped us file a claim, got to the house early and met with the adjuster and got us a new roof on the house. He even helped us out a little with our deductible. It's been about a month now since the roof was put on, and we couldnt be happier. It looks great, and best of all, I know I dont need to worry about it ever again shortly because of the warranty they gave me. I was skeptical about sunrise due to the bad reviews on Yelp, but it seems the sunrise of 2016 and the sunrise of 2021 are VERY different! I'll be recommending them to everyone I know. read more

This is a great company to work with. They complete the job in a timely manor and keep a supervisor watching the job that you can speak with during the process. The job was well watched over and I feel was insted properly. The sales representative was very knowledgeable and helped me through the entire process, answered my calls when I had questions for me and was just their for me when I needed him. If I had it to do again I would choose sunrise all over. I saw some of the negative reviews on here before I chose to go with sunrise but when I looked at the overall reviews including the ones yelp doesn't recommend I decided to take a chance on them. They really done a great job for me. I got my warranty paperwork in from both Sunrise roofing and from the manufacturer about 3 weeks later. A Beautiful Roof and Honest Service. First off... There was a miscommunication on a few things before we started the project so I took my concerns directly to the branch where I spoke to Trish and Kendall. Both sincerely listened to me and I felt as if they understood my concerns going into this project. What else can I ask for? Life unfortunately is not problem free. I totally understand that problems WILL ARISE in business and it's more important on how we find a solution than anything else. The contractors did a good job on my property and the owner handled himself very professionally the entire time. My interior was handled with a white glove and was completed with my satisfaction. Sunrise handled my whole entire claim process with my insurance company with me from start to finish.They knew we had a storm come through our neighborhood with shingles blown off of the houses and met with my insurance company to get a new roof estimate. I never even knew that the insurance company would pay for the roof to be replaced before Sunrise came to my home to point that out to me and I am so glad they did. My roof was replaced in one day and they cleaned up very well. I am so happy with the work they did I was able to talk all of my neighbors into using Sunrise. Sunrise Roofing is the most pro roofing company that I have ever used. Kendall took the measurements, estimated the job, and presented a bid that was spot on, no hidden cost! They brought the roof up to code with drip edge and ridge vents. They completed the entire roof from removing the old shingles, the code updates, as well as clean up in one day. They also took special care not to damage our shrubs, roses, and lawn lighting. Everyone at Sunrise Roofing Llc were easy to work with. Sunrise Roofing was great! They came out and did a very thorough inspection of my home and talked me through the entire process. The representative was very professional and took the time to listen closely to my many questions throughout the process. During the process they covered all of my shrubs with tarps and threw all the shingles off to the side away from the house. they even covered my A/C unit to insure nothing got into the unit. I had a lot of companies knock on my door and these guys stood out among the pack with by far with their level of knowledge and detail. This is a great roofing company! My representative was very knowledgeable about the insurance claims process and he helped me throughout the process. Everything went just as he said it would, which was very relieving and hassle free for me! The contractor even met the insurance representative to go over the damaged areas of the roof. Great bunch of folks! We have had some leaks in our roof for a while and we were unsure of what was going on. I had been searching for a while for a reliable roofer and my neighbor referred Sunrise to us. It still took me a while to make up my mind but I did my homework and found them to be reliable. I had called around and no one would show up. Sunrise came out and looked at my roof. I had considerable amount of damage. They came out and replaced the roof and it looks awesome! My insurance company sent their representative to inspect my roof and decided it had "normal wear" and wouldn't be covered. Sunrise Roofing, specifically Kendall, worked with the insurance company to provide documentation needed to support the claim. The team sent to complete the job was on time, cleaned up after themselves and did a great job. When we had a leak, he inspected the roof and determined the roof wasn't the cause. This was over two years after install. The issue stemmed from the brick needing to be sealed around the chimney. Kendal was patient and helped troubleshoot the issue. Called the office and had Kendall do an inspection of our roof after recent storms. He came out and did a free inspection and got our roof paid fully replaced through our insurance. Didn't cost a dime more than our deductible. He was very professional and laid out the entire process before we agreed to go through with it. A few weeks later, the crew came out and replaced the entire roof in ONE day! I went to work and by the time I got home the crew was cleaning up and ready to leave. Our new roof was just added yesterday & we are extremely happy with the results! The whole process was easy and smooth thanks to our salesman - Lee. Our original date of installation had to be cancelled due to rain but Sunrise did a great job of getting us rescheduled quickly for the following week :) The roofers worked hard and didn't leave our home until after dark after a 12 hour day to ensure everything was picked up and taken away.
