This store is culturally diverse; it has any and every brand and product you could need from beard and hair care to skin care and beyond. Most of these products are at an affordable cost at the Hair Plus Beauty Supply store, and this is the #1 establishment for my hair products that I can't find anywhere nearby. I absolutely love the customer service by the business owners. They have a very family-oriented atmosphere. Additionally, there are quite a few food courts, particularly Mexican cuisines, great for whenever you need a break from shopping. I definitely recommend B&I Public Marketplace for its excellent selection of products. I personally view this place like a hidden gem, but maybe because I'm low-key, under the radar, and beginning to become more immersed within the Tacoma metro.

Went at 10:30am on a Monday and it was surprisingly busy. Everyone is coming to check it out. Store employees were super nice. Moderate size store with good selection, but some racks were empty or needed to be refreshed. I don't know if that's because they are short-handed (which they are), or because they haven't had a chance to get to things with the crazy crowds they've had. Either way, I found some items to buy, and will definitely come back.

I've been shopping for 30 years at Nordstrom and Nordstrom rack. The reason I shop there is their…read morecustomer service, the quality of their items, and their return policy. I had to purchase a pair of dress shoes, and I specifically asked the salesperson when I told her that they were a little tight, but was assured that they would loosen up upon wear and if they didn't, that I could return them. I thought, "that's why I love Nordstrom's." Fast forward two hours, and I had a huge blister on the inside of my big toe. I had to remove the shoes and switch into tennis shoes, which did not match my suit at all. But, I knew I could return the shoes, so I was OK with that. I took the shoes back and was told by a sales clerk and by the manager, "Finn," that I could not return the shoes because they had been worn outside. I explained to her that I specifically asked that when I purchased them earlier and was assured that I could. She said that didn't matter because there were scuffs on the sole of the shoe. I said I would take store credit and she said "aren't you listening, I said we could not take them back." I would avoid this Nordstrom's rack, find another or better yet, just skip them altogether - they are not what they used to be, they do not stand behind their products, and they do not stand behind their word.
