I was a little skeptical, an Asian fusion restaurant in Page, Az?! And their prices reflect a higher end restaurant. The bar was set high and I thought that they might fall short. But after a few bites, I was happily surprised. The quality of their food (really good ingredients and fresh), portion size, and the flavors of their short rib and teriyaki chicken bowls were spot on. The yakisoba noodles, cabbage slaw, macaroni salad, and my kimchee mix were perfect accompaniments to our marinated meats. We split the potstickers (8) and fish and chips. The tall gin and tonic was really inexpensive. The food portions are generous. I've seen people complain about the prices but for the portions I think it's spot on. The potstickers were delicious. With the fish we asked for tater tots. They appeared to be homemade. Tasty. We were excited to come here based on the reviews we saw. You got the tofu stir fry and the katsu chicken. Both dishes are based on a large pile of greasy noodles and a small pile of cabbage that seems like it soaks in oil overnight. The tofu was simply diced up. Tofu deep fried. No flavor to it or sauce. The tattoo chicken was similarly breaded deep fried chicken breast with no flavor to it. It came with a sauce that was simply ketchup with a few sesame seeds on top. The resounding flavor of both meals was oil. I'd be proud to have made this in a college dorm room with ingredients you could find at 7-Eleven, but only if it was just me and the guys. The prices for these meals were exceedingly steep. We ordered over the phone and expected to pay high prices but when we arrived the prices or even higher than what they showed online. Each dish was $24 for grand total of $96 for four dishes of greasy deep fried and likely microwaved food. On top of that they charge a mandatory 15% gratuity for takeaway orders. Never mind the fact that we're not eating in the restaurant not being served by wait start, nobody has to clean our dishes and we don't get to enjoy the view. All told we paid $120 for four plates of what I wouldn't even be excited to have at your average mall or small town Chinese food restaurant for less than $40. Save your money. Go to a steakhouse or if you're desperate to find something to eat, just get McDonald's so that you don't die of starvation but whatever you do don't come here. It's a rip off by any measure even if you are dying for some "Asian fusion". If you are desperate for something with soy sauce or teriyaki, go to Target, buy a microwave and four frozen dinners and you can probably still get out of there for under 60 bucks. I'm sure they'll let you use an outlet to microwave your stuff before you go. read more

We started with the loaded Kalbi fries and I additionally ordered the Unagi Mushroom Burger. The Kalbi fries were no joke, a HUGE portion but not just large, they were packed with flavor and meat and well worth the price tag. The Unagi Mushroom Burger was so delicious. Perfectly cooked and the flavors of the mushrooms and unagi aioli was melt in your month delicious. We had to finish it off with the warm banana bread pudding and that was also so delicious. The restaurant has vaulted ceilings, a bar with 2 flat screen tvs, multiple seating areas with a farmhouse touch and a cozy fireplace. My family had the Khalbi fries and Mochiko chicken for pupus and dinner was, Katsu sandwich, Katsu bowl, Charsiu Pork bowl, Fish&Chips and house salad. We ordered banana foster to go. The portions are huge! Come hungry, we had to pack to go bc we over ordered pupus. Everything was really good. Our server looked islander and she was really nice with excellent service. Came here on a cloudy and stormy summer evening and surprised to see a highly rated Asian fusion restaurant in Page, Arizona of all places. The surrounding moonscape is truly indescribable and desolate - and the free standing restaurant, although right off of Hwy 89 is at least a few kilometers from any other structure in any direction that you wonder how far the staff have to drive to get to work everyday. Once inside, it's a spacious community room with about a dozen filled tables and a full bar at the front with two screens to watch. We ordered the following: STARTERS Sweet potato fries - big portion, lots of starch here - be prepared for a full stomach. Fried Brussel sprouts - they look burnt, but they're not. Big sprouts cut in half, cooked nicely not too firm or mushy. Mandu Pork Dumplings (x12) Gojuchang dipping sauce is the star here - a little heat, with ginger and sesame notes. Pork dumplings uniformly sized would be regular without the sauce. ENTREES *each one comes with Mac salad, stir fry Chinese cabbage and a choice of either white steamed rice or Yakisoba noodles. BBQ Korean Short ribs By all accounts, excellent! Tender with plenty of ribs with generous cuts. Soy glaze very very well seasoned - highly recommend ribs with the rice starch to balance out the saltiness. BBQ Chicken VERY tender breast meat slices and again with generous portions - beware of ordering too much unless you are a fan of Chinese food for breakfast! Some teriyaki's are overdone - but this isn't teriyaki - it's barbecue, with a more subtle rub, but the quality here is all in the chicken meat - don't miss out. Tofu Stir-Fry Fried Tofu, Chinese cabbage, crispy rice noodles. Tofu cubes prepared crunchy in the outside and soft on the inside, the general blandness of tofu pairs well with the cabbage and heavier sauced noodles. Although we ordered a lot, I regretted not getting their "Happy Endings" desserts. Man, it's been a really long time since I've had to give a bad review but tonight's dinner experience gets it. After a 35 minute wait to be seated (spring break for the area had every place with long waits- understandable) we watched as a table next to us, seated well after us and orders taken after us as well, received their food before us. Server delivering food to them then offered to see what was the delay in our order. Our food, chicken teriyaki bowl and beef short ribs bowl, arrived shortly. My short ribs, while plentiful in amount, had little in the way of beef on them, and it was fatty and quite chewy. The yakisoba noodles that came with the dish were tough and undercooked both for my dish and my husband's. Very disappointing. His chicken was good, tender and plenty of meat. Too bad the noodles didn't complement the dish. With a glass of wine, a beer (beer was local brew and very good!), 1 dumpling appetizer, and a even discount taken off in consideration for our service, our bill was still over $100 for the two of us - much more than I expected. Hopefully food improves. Hopefully they can get more staff. We both wished we'd gotten a beer and burger somewhere. read more

Probably the only nicer restaurant open in Page/Lake Powell right now and yes you can see the sunset! With colder weathers it is almost torturous to hike out to some place, watch the sunset, and then hike back to your car and the warmth. We ordered some drinks, the Brussels sprouts (decent) and the chicken Katsu and bbq chicken. Personally I really enjoyed the bbq chicken - it was tender and tasty. The side of macaroni salad was also very good. The view tho was amazing. We went to a scenic overlook the night before and I honestly think this was better (and not just because we weren't freezing). From most spots in the area you don't actually see the sun going down you just see the pretty pinks in the sky and reflected on the rocks. From sunset 89 you see the sun and the rocks.
