It's required readjustment of the dehumidifier system, and including a baseboard heater. More recently, the sliding glass door was not working; called and asked them to look at it. It apparently had come off the track. The service person responded, spent 10 minutes adjusting the wheels, and then produced a bill of $495: $300 service call and $195 for labor. Today, the windows only will lock if you use a lot of force to close them tight enough to engage the locks. There were issues right away. They got started, then disappeared for a couple of weeks. I was told that our main interior beam would be custom because of the ceiling fan we wanted installed. When they came back, they built it on site. The weather stripping on the windows was very short. It took months for them to change it out. The one door (swinging) would not lock. It took several trips to get it right and it now swings very stiff. The roof leaked, the entire interior was never wiped down and we had to fight with them to install the exterior skirting. The service man that came out multiple times was very nice, at first. I do think that he got tired of coming back out to fix things. The OWNER WAS TERRIBLE!! At least he said that he was the owner! I question the quality, as I said , its only a couple of years old. Will the windows hold up?? Value, I dont think so. A carpenter friend said that he could have built it, with better windows for far less money. I WOULD NOT use this company or their product.

Another one was $20,000 One was $14,000 but I didn't like the guy Finally, we settled on Installers Now, LLC for $13,950 for the complete roof. Extra things come up on the job, like broken gutters and the installation of a bathroom rooftop exhaust fan. Only $800 for the 5 different extras. The boss and owner. They showed up yesterday and did the whole job in one day, and it was beautifully done. Very, very good cleanup!! I mowed the lawn today and did not see, one rooftop piece or roof nail. I had him compete with three other companies nonetheless. He made every effort to win the contract but he wasn't pushy and only replied when I initiated contact first. I felt like I was dealing with a neighbor, not a salesperson. It was a tough decision but his personal touch closed the deal. When the day came to do the work, the crew was onsite right away and went straight to work. They were not disruptive and got the job done in less than one day. They didn't damage my lawn with their equipment and they checked multiple times that they cleaned up properly and didn't miss anything. They are a local company that I highly recommend.

So they called and said they could install on March 26th, 2021. March 26th comes and the installers get here, same people who installed my windows and get everything laid out and prepared to install. I then here we can't get it installed as he shows me a picture of the new patio door coming in broken AGAIN. Now you would think they would check the product over before scheduling an appointment to install the product. Apparently not! So NOW, I HAVE TO WAIT PROBABLY ANOTHER 12 F***ING WEEKS for our patio door to HOPEFULLY BE INSTALLED by END OF JUNE 2021, 9 MONTHS AFTER I SIGNED THE CONTRACT, and the project is still not complete. Never getting Window World products again. Only will choose Feldo, Pella or Andersen Windows. This patio door BETTER NOT come in and be broken for a 3rd time... I expect to get my money completely back for this patio door after install for the number of weeks this project has taken! VERY POOR QUALITY/CRAFTSMANSHIP!
