I visited Sunset Cellular with my mother in law to replace her old iphone 7…read more The store is quite small, but the employee there by the name David assisted us from the beginning until the end kindly and professionally. I've been to many many different cellular stores, and by far, David was an exceptional employee who provided the best customer service and results for myself and my mother in law. David kindly helped me find a current promotional deal at Verizon for trading in Iphone 7 for $460.... Where can you get $460 for selling iphone 7?! No where~ Unfortunately I wasn't able to reset the iphone 7 because the phone wasn't mine and I completely didn't have access to resetting the Apple ID and password. Luckily, David gave me some suggestions and advised me to contact the Apple contact support, and after doing that, i was able to completely erase the old iphone and reset it! After resetting the iphone 7, i dropped off the phone to David, and he processed the trade in process for me and shortly after a week, I received a confirmation email from Verizon that they received our old iphone 7 and they are processing the trade in value as $460! Yessss! this old iphone 7 is worth $460?! Thanks Verizon :) I'm glad I was able to search and find David at this Sunset Cellular. They are Korean based small business, and majority of the customers are Koreans who do not speak English. So if you have parents or family members who are Koreans and needs help regarding any Verizon mobile services concerns, I highly recommend Sunset Cellular. Also for heads up for the owner at Sunset Cellular! I hope you are paying Mr. David well. He is an exceptional employee! It's Korean owned but they all speak English fluently so no need to worry about language barriers. They have the newest versions of iPhones and Samsung phones. They also sell chargers, cases and screen protectors. They're located in a small plaza in between stores. If you're unfamiliar with the area it can be easy to miss.. so look for Hanmi Bank cause it's behind it.

He pretty much sold me and he managed to get me on a new contract (even though I was already on a contract -- yeah you go dude!) and hence, the ability for me to get a new phone. Since I was porting over my old number it took 24 hrs from the time my old SIM card stopped working and my new SIM to start working. It wasn't too much of a problem, but I did however have a lot of problem trying to get my numbers put onto the new phone. Hubby tried to help me 3x and it didn't work. My numbers were jumbled on my phone once uploaded -- they didn't appear alphabetically. It was extremely frustrating. A lot of my phone numbers were missing also. I wasn't able to do a search for them most of the time which was very annoying when I was trying to call someone and I was in a hurry. The following day I called T-Mobile and the customer service agent spent over an hour with me trying to help me out but with no luck. She suggested I go back to Wireless Spot and have them switch the phone because she believes it's the phone which has the problem. So off I go back to Wireless Spot and to my chagrin the guy who helped me 2 days before wasn't there. I was faced with a new guy. I explained the situation to him and the first thing out of his mouth was "I can't help you". WTF! I explained the situation to him again telling him the other guy helped me and maybe he could contact him. I'm guessing it's the language barrier because a few mins later, he returns after calling the guy to tell me that he said he didn't try to put the numbers on my phone. Dude! I didn't say that he did! GRRRRRRR!! Finally, after much deliberation, the guy asked me to go home and grab my old phone with my numbers on it and he'll see what he can do. I was so pissed because I had to drive home and get the old phone and go back -- wasted time and energy!! I don't know what he did, but after about 10-15 mins he managed to get my phone book installed and alphabetically. What a relief. He must've thought I was insane, but my friends saw my phonebook all jumbled so I really don't know what happened. After that was done, I say to him "so I still have a problem". T-Mobile tried to sync my numbers from my account to my phone but they couldn't do it. Doesn't that mean there is still a problem with the phone? He didn't understand. He kept trying to tell me "it is possible to do that" -- meaning sync it from the website. I repeated myself again and again that T-Mobile did that and it didn't work. He looked at me quizzically so finally I just gave up. I'm glad that he fixed it, but my suggestion is, it's easier to just get a phone from a location where you speak that salesperson's first language. It's just much too tiring to try to explain yourself and not be understood. It's just much too frustrating when things go wrong and you can't get your point across.

The people are very helpful and informative…read more They were closed today (Sunday) so I went to another Metro PCS store and the people there didn't care AT ALL. I wanted to upgrade my phone and since all sales are final, I wanted to make sure the phone I was getting had gyroscope. The people there didn't know what it was, which wasn't that bad. But then they didn't even look on the box until I asked them to, didn't make any attempt in appearing to give a shit. I mentioned the email that the lady from Audio Zone told me about. How it was sent to all Metro PCS carries in case any one asked about gyroscope and/or Pokemon Go. Clueless again for about two minutes until one of the ladies in the corner said "oh this is it" and pointed at a printed out email tapped on the computer.. NEVER going back to that one. Will only support Audio Zone and their wonderful customer service.
