I love this place, Ann usually does my nails, they are so respectful and nice!! They do what YOU want and not try and push you to do other things like most nail salons. I usually call and make an appointment because its a small place and I don't want to wait around, They do get busy so its worth calling! They can be pricey, if your on a tight budget ask for prices before you do it. I was in San Clemente and had stopped at 2 other nail salons that showed they opened at 9 but were not. I then found Sunset Glow that opens at 930 and it did even a couple minutes early. What I didn't like was that not even a week later I had 4 nails fall off!!! :( I paid $45.50 for something that didn't even last the full two weeks or even a month with this price! Best Nail Salon Ever! Everyone is super nice and they always do a really good job on my nails and also on waxing my eyebrows! I wont go to any other place. They have 3 people (Ann, Mai, and Tim who's new) that will do acrylic nails either pink and white or with gel on top and they are all perfectionist! I am never disappointed and if anything happens as in a broken nail or chipped nail they will always be happy to fix it for free. Also everyone is great at regular mani pedis.I love this place. My mom made me an appointment for a facial with May. It was extremely relaxing. Got a shoulder and arm massage. Even fell asleep a couple of times. She cleaned up my eyebrows by waxing them. I will definitely come back. My face feels very soft and clean. read more

My sister and I came by for a walk-in pedicure and the women were so kind and helpful. I had a gross stubbed toe which my pedicurist was careful not to disturb. Eventually she helped me take the dead nail off and had the precision of a surgeon! My sister and I loved the place so much we came back the next day for a manicure. Always feels really clean and the nail professionals actually make you feel welcome, unlike a lot of other places (*cough* Mingee's *cough*). The best nail salon around! My mother and I have been getting our nails done by these wonderful ladies for 13 years. They were at another salon but Ann opened up sunset glow and the girls followed ( so they weren't being womanized any longer by these nasty pigs at another salon). I don't go anywhere else! I started taking my daughter there and have recommended them to many of my own clients. ( I do eyelash extensions). They take the time to do a meticulous job, they want you to be happy with your service...They are all wonderful, but I usually ask for Vivian...They take their time and do exactly what you want...The pedicure includes a nice foot & leg massage with lotion & hot towels on your legs....I usually have calluses removed from bottom of feet. My friend brought be here for my first time and I cant wait to go back! These are the sweetest woman in the nail industry you will ever meet. My girlfriend has been going here for years and now I see why. I got a full set of acrylics short almond shape and painted. They look AMAZING and only $22.00! my friend really likes the gel dip acrylics and those are $45.00 but way higher quality. I definitely will be trying those soon. Ann took us at 6:00 when they close at 7:00 and stayed open till they were finished with us. Never once did we feel rushed and I felt like I needed to keep thanking them! They are just so sweet! I was in San Clemente for a wedding a couple weeks ago and needed my nails done. This shop was outstanding. I was able to walk in, get worked on hands and feet and my eyebrows done. Being from out of town I reviewed Yelp before going to this place. I asked for pedicure and manicure then decided to do my eyebrow wax. I had three ladies work on me at the same time and it was hectic, I wanted to relax but couldn't as I was being asked questions right and left by all the three ladies don't get me wrong they were nice but I wanted my quite time. My manicure was done poorly as my nails were not painted all the way, pedicure was average.wax was good. The one thing I was mad about was the fact the lady who worked on my manicure tried to put the nail dryer machine on my lap even after I said I didn't want to due to being 7 month pregnant and not wanting the UV exposure I said no several times but she still placed it on my side, she also went into my wallet to get my card even though I specifically said I wanted to get it myself!!
