I would hope though that communication would still remain open as a simple text message to update me would have taken less than a minute and much faster than the time you took to respond on here. - i'm not mad at all so I'm not sure why you put that in your response but when I was searching for other contractors, yelp, put your company right in front of me and asked me to review it. It wasn't something that I sought out. So I left an honest review of my experience. I completely agree with other contractors being licensed and having horrible reviews. Your reviews looked great, which is why I called you in the first place. Great craftsmanship/ reviews or not, a homeowner is still liable if someone on the job gets injured and that could have potential to ruin someone's life in a lawsuit. It Has nothing to do with the quality of work but just liability in general. The only thing that was questionable is how long you've been in business and are just now getting your license. They demolished old pavers and concrete, took out old landscape, laid around 800 sq ft of pavers (patio, walkway, and path), redid my irrigation, and planted my new plants which I had bought....all in just 3 1/2 days! When the job was finished, they hauled everything away and cleaned up beautifully. I had another company delivering trees to plant about a week later. Adrian offered to come by afterwards to add irrigation emitters and make sure no irrigation lines were damaged. Adrian Sr and his 2 sons are on the job, as well as a couple other guys.
