I'd like to share my experience at this place. My boyfriend went for a haircut on Monday, June 2nd. Upon arrival, we showed them pictures of the cut he was requesting. The stylist who was serving us started asking how the cut was done, which puzzled us greatly, but we took advantage of the opportunity. They put my boyfriend in the chair and prepped him for the cut. They started with a section and worked on the sides and back. It's worth noting that this lasted over 40 minutes (it took too long to get everything crooked). When they moved on to the top, it took no more than 5 minutes to do a cut that was more than 3 fingers' length (something that clearly wasn't requested). After finishing, the girl asked if the cut was okay, and only my boyfriend (who didn't speak Spanish) said yes, not realizing she was asking. The next day we made an appointment to have the opportunity to get a haircut done, which they agreed to, but upon arriving, we were informed that the girl who was going to do the haircut wouldn't be coming due to an accident. However, they made another appointment for the haircut on Tuesday. However, upon arriving, they only told him that nothing could be done since his hair was too small, they could just wait for it to grow out. My boyfriend, looking for a solution, called the salon and upon hearing his voice, they hung up on him. For more than 4 hours, they didn't answer him or they hung up on him, until a girl answered and asked to speak to the manager. They accepted, but that it would be the next day (that was Thursday). To this day, there has been no response or help, when what they always emphasized was taking care of their clients and making them leave satisfied. It was a horrible experience since they only play with your time, your money, and most of all, your appearance, since haircuts are what help us with our confidence and presentation as people. If you like having your hair ruined and receiving poor service, I recommend this place. But if something professional and safe happens, THIS PLACE IS NOT AN OPTION FOR A GOOD JOB. I came in with my appt form my daughter and ended up leaving with a new hair do. I came all the way from Santa Rosa to find friendly and clean hair salon. The prices are fair. The other plus is they speak both Spanish and English. I am so glad I ran into this salon in sonoma. I now take my family including boys to get their monthly cut.
