She made the time to talk to me and explain the options and procedures. While other establishments were too rigid with their prices and schedules, Candy gave me a good price and gave a time slot the next day. I was so excited and nervous at the same time. Since this will be my eyebrows for the next couple years! The next day I arrived. Candy welcomed me and made sure that I didn't have to worry. She drew the options for my eyebrows based on the shape of my face. Then gave me some suggestions. I accepted her suggestion and went on with the procedure. She applied numbing cream and waited for it to take effect. So i only felt minimal discomfort during procedure. Throughout the procedure she kept asking if I was ok. I felt I was in good care. I dozed off for a minute. Then I realized it's done! Candy showed me the mirror, making sure I was happy with the results. She explained the care for the next few days. After coming my first time, I bought a student package that was very reasonably priced $75 for 3 times. Afterwards, I got the regular customer package with 10 times for a higher cost. The facial was also tailored to my skin condition which was the acne one with micro current and a cooling mask. In addition, they have a bunch of add-on treatments for an additional price. My favorite is definitely the micro dermabrasion which feels like all the dirty stuff on my face is sucked away. It used to be $20 when I first came and now it is $25. I've tried the oxygen treatment before but did not like it because I have anxiety and difficulty breathing. The place is kept very clean and I feel very safe with the double doors since the inside one is locked and you have to get buzzed in. They also have a big and clean restroom. The only downside for me is the distance since it is a bit out of the way from my house. I usually have to take two buses to get here and they're located right on the Q58 line! As for the facial, it is kind of a short duration which is good if you're in a rush and you want to know exactly how long it will be - 1 hour 30 min! Included is a nice face and upper shoulder/back massage and eyebrow cleaning. The actual whitehead/blackhead extraction is kept short and sweet although each one is quite painful with the tool. My favorite parts are the micro dermabrasion, micro current, and the cooling mask in the end! They use a new filter for each client for the micro dermabrasion and you can see all the dead skin that gets sucked away. The micro current is a light electrical therapy that's supposed to close the pores and stimulate collagen production and a cooling gel is applied along with it. The cooling mask is a perfect way to end the facial while you get to nap for about 15 minutes. It's been a minute since I came back since I've been away for school and I'm glad I did sooner than later because they will be terminating all package deals by October 15, 2025!

And I have also been very cautious with the reviews here and honestly, I haven't seen a lot of good feedbacks but I thought it was worth a try. I came in for my consultation at first, a week before I got the treatment done. I was scheduled for a specific time (Which was around 12:30, as far as I can remember), which was a horrible experience just for a consultation. There were at least 3 of us waiting and none of her receptionists bothered to ask us what we were here for, it took about 30 more minutes before Andrea came out and and said she'll be right back, supposing she was buying food since it's justly that it was a time to grab lunch and take breaks, but why would you approve for an appointment at those times when you knew you wouldn't be able to attend to them? Walking right pass your clients? Well, I didn't know what was supposed to be done and what skin problem I have in particular, all I know is that I wanted to get rid of the acne scarring that I have which aren't too many. So she had me in, and she really didn't tell me what she thinks I had. She started touching my face and told me, "Oh we have to do acne treatment." I don't know if the reason was because she was having trouble speaking in straight English or if she just doesn't want to elaborate at all? I asked her what it was and would it work for me -- considering that every type of acne is different and not to mention, people's skin type as well. I believe, as a consumer, especially for serious matters like this and investing time and money to see good results, we would want more than just "oh this is what i'm gonna do to you." or "this is how much you're going to spend". So I set an appointment for my first micro-needling session just to give it a shot since I was really desperate to clear my skin. I came in 2 weeks later. She did the treatment but the most unprofessional thing they did? She was taking breaks in between because she was talking to her minions about who knows what. And you know how that hurt? She was obviously doing it for the sake of getting it done but not truly focusing on it. She was talking for half the time with one of her employees who came in the room I was in. It was beyond unprofessional but I just let it pass. After the treatment, she told me the basics. So as a skincare enthusiast, I knew what they were so okay.. But when I called in her office the next day to ask her about what products am I supposed to avoid and would certain products be okay, she would just say "yeah, anything would do, whatever it is." I had another session done 3 weeks later and the same thing happened, which was worse. She didn't even bother to ask me if it was okay that they were laughing that loud while she was sticking her laser treatment on my face. Such a shame. Asked her a couple of weeks after as to why I've been breaking out again and why I haven't seen any changes, not a single bit. She started with a detailed dry massage and then went in to the oil massage. The dry massage hit the spot, it was the perfect pressure. When she started with the oil massage I was sold. She hit all the correct pressure points and removed all knots. I have a desk job and I run. The pressure was definitely higher on the oil massage but I've had worse and it felt amazing! She focused on my shoulders and lower back both of which I needed the massage for. I didn't even need to tell her, her experience spotted my problem points. I was able to relax although it was very lightly painful. It wasn't like some of the rough massages I've had in the past. I didn't leave the place in pain but left feeling so relaxed. I go every month for a massage and this was literally the best massage of my life. The only caveat is that I wish she had focused on my legs a bit more. The place is very clean, it has rooms, they play light music but you can hear if someone is talking next door. The people are friendly as well! Not only on arrival that I have to pay extra for both me and my girlfriend to have hot stones during our massage, $10 each by the way, they also claim that tip should be no lower than $15. They have a sign that says that and they don't allow people to leave unless you pay higher than $15 in tip for each masseuse. I attempted to pay my masseuse a five dollar tip which realistically I wasn't gonna do anyways but you know out of respect. I'm like I'm gonna give five dollars and he seemed disgusted by my five and refused it.
