The Cuban rice had no flavor my spouse said having tried it for the first time. The ribs were about a 6-7 rating, as a lot of bone and I couldn't let my toddler eat them without pulling each piece apart. The red beans were sparse on top of the rice and nothing to get too excited about. The pulled pork was good and the little one enjoyed it. I would give this place another try, if I'm out that way and would get something different. I will say the food truck did look very clean.
