The cleaners were great, but the customer service and whole process was kind of a hassle. I reached out to the owner on Yelp to schedule an appointment. Confirmed the appointment date and time and all was good to go. 30 minutes after the appointment time, no one showed up so I just made a courtesy call to make sure the appointment was still set. I was told that the appointment was never scheduled and it was there mistake but they could have the cleaners come in a couple of hours. They showed up about an hour late which was not a huge deal since I was just glad they showed up at all since it was a move out clean and I was going to move out in a few days. The two ladies who came out to clean were super nice and did an excellent job cleaning. The only down side is that there was a bit of a language barrier and I was kind of unsure the whole time if they understood me since I don't speak Spanish. They were very trustworthy and sweet ladies. I am not sure that I would recommend if you don't have kinda an open schedule as to when the cleaners need to be there and out by as others stated they can be a little predictable. That wasn't a huge deal to me I was just a little frustrated that my appointment was confirmed yet when I called they didn't have my appointment down. read more

Scheduled a deep cleaning with this company for noon on a Friday. The cleaning crew was over an hour and a half late, not once did the owner or the crew call me to let me know they were going to be late or otherwise. Not a good start! The two ladies cleaned house for four hours and you would expect your house to smell fresh and clean .... no. My home had a strong smell of bleach and the smell of dirty water throughout the house. I'm not kidding at all! All surfaces ( counter tops / floors) had a gritty residue left on them and my floors were not cleaned with any cleaning products other than with a dirty cloth soaked dirty water. The dirty water smell was so unbearable and I ended up cleaning entire house again. Not happy at all. read more

I requested a quote through Yelp and Erika responded within the hour. They were able to fit me in the next day, which I'm very grateful for. Yolanda and Anna showed up 1/2hr before estimated time which I didn't mind. It took them 2 hours and 40 minutes for deep cleaning for my condo (2bd 1 bth). They did an excellent job!
