Never got a phone call so I showed up on Saturday to find that nothing had been done. Zero work on my item had occurred and nobody thought to contact me to let me know that they were unable to make the alteration. I needed this item for Monday and now it's too late to take it somewhere else. This location is not dependable or communicative. read more

DO NOT, I say, DO NOT come to this place! I brought 3 pairs of pants to get hemmed. When I called, the price was $14/per pant. When I got there, they said it would be $20. I got a call the next day and the girl said that it would be an additional $10 for one of my pants. Then towards the end of our call, she said that it will be actually 2 pairs of pants that will be $10 extra, because there is extra fabric to cut. So, you're telling me, $80 for hemming? RIDICULOUS. Also, the whole store is dirty, unorganized and not clean. The ceiling has a bunch of insulation exposed. Terrible way to get business. read more

Horrible experience! The altered my jeans and didn't use the original ham. Jeans look like crap right now. Also, I requested stitching on my dress pants and I went back twice to pick them up.. They advertise same day service. But they only clean Monday Wednesday Friday. So if you bring your clothes tuesday at 8am it wont be ready until Thursday but if you bring them Wednesday at 8am they will be ready that same day after 4pm. When asked why or how that even makes sense the response was I don't know you have to ask my boss but he is not here until tomorrow. read more

I had forgot I dropped my dry cleaning off at this cleaner in March. When picking up I was notified to next time not wait so long. She then said normally after 30 days they donate clothes. I apologized for leaving it for so long but I did not think it was a problem since I didn't receive a call. The lady then told me they do not call they just donate it after 30 days. I do not think just donating someone's clothes without a phone call is appropriate or good service. I only dry clean select items that are expensive to me so I would be very upset to find out my clothes were donated without a phone call. I won't return here just to avoid that. read more

I created a yelp account just to let people know how terrible of a service this place provides. When the day came to pick up my clothes, I called to let them know I was on the way as they state they close at 6:30 every day of the week. It was 5:45. When I called I was told that they were closing at 6, but let them know I was already on the way as I still had 45 minutes according to their listed hours. I was told to hurry up, which I did, arriving at 5:58. I got out of the car, finishing a phone call as there was still plenty time before their listed close time of 6:30. Before I could even get off the phone, the owner rushes me outside of my car handing me the clothes. So I unwantedly hang up my call and the guy was already walking away despite me asking him I'd like to look at the clothes before leaving. He got in his car and drove off. Of course, I get home and see the pair of shorts I was quickly given back still had a couple stains that he confirmed he could remove. Before dropping off my clothes, we had gone over every item and I decided against leaving the ones he said he couldn't remove. Why didn't he say anything about the shorts? So I drive back to the place the next day, and he said he could try removing the stains again, which he was able to do. Why didn't he just do it the first time? Not sure but unfortunately I gave him the benefit of the doubt and decided to try their services one more time for altering my son's Halloween costume. What a silly mistake I made. 2nd Experience I called beforehand on a Friday to ask when I could drop off the costume and bring my son in to get the measurements right for the altering. He said anytime that same day or Saturday. I arrive Saturday afternoon and am told he's not there. That would be fine except the lady helping me said she didn't know how to measure my son. So why did this guy tell me I can come in anytime Saturday knowing he wouldn't be there by a certain time and that his employees couldn't help either? Waste of time and gas. So I'm told to return Monday which I do. He says the costume will be ready Wednesday. I ask how much and he tells me that he'll call me in the afternoon with the price. I leave the costume and go. I never get a call. Tuesday, nothing. Wednesday comes, still haven't heard from him, so my wife calls to make sure we can still pick it up as planned. She's on hold for awhile and he finally comes to the phone. He says the costume isn't ready because he didn't get an okay from me on the price. I asked him why didn't he call me on Monday with the price like he said and he didn't have an answer. He then claimed he tried calling multiple times today (Wednesday)- the day it was supposed to be ready... I told him I have zero voicemails and he just replies I tried calling you a few times. What's worse is I had only one missed call from a phone number marked as spam. So he lied about calling me multiple times but worse, why would he call to discuss the price the same day the item was due? And what kind of business owner doesn't leave a voicemail? Common sense, right? So you think maybe he would cut me a little discount after all the hassle and awful customer service? He ends up overcharging me... Learn from me and don't give second chances. I'm still in shock at the fact that he didn't leave a basic voicemail. My 13 month old has better communication skills than this poor excuse of a business owner. read more

I dropped off the 3 dresses Friday morning and asked if they would be able to have them ready to be picked up Monday morning. This place is great! You get top dollar service on a budget! Every time we take our clothes in the guys always greet me with a smile. Every time I've picked up they've either offered to help take my cleaning to my car or have done it just because if it was a lot! Now that's service! The place is clean, bright and very well kept. Our clothes are always done just right and ready to be picked up the next day. Their hours also work with my schedule- they are opened until 7 and also on Saturday's. This is my neighborhood cleaners and I'm extremely disappointed with the service I've received here. I brought in a black dress about 3 days before I needed it for a out of town work event. Personally it was one of the biggest nights of my career and I had meticulously planned and prepared my look before I dropped off my dress at 2 Brothers Cleaners. I was told the dress would be ready in 2 days so I returned in 2 days. When I arrived the lady working at the time couldn't find my dress, got on the phone, then proceeded to tell me that my black dress was accidentally sent out for alterations because it was confused for another black dress. She said the dress was taken off-site and would be back in the afternoon the next day, but I told her that I was driving to my event destination in the morning and couldn't wait for it. I was distraught but did not want to take it out on her so I just left. I was very upset. I had to figure out an entirely new outfit last minute because of this error. It may not have been a big deal to them but it was to me. Today, a week after the event, I picked up my dress and was still charged the full $15. I paid it but the I know I will never be go back to this place nor will I ever recommended it to others. read more

This is a great dry cleaner. The clothes were especially pressed neat and cleaned. They put little tags on spots they could not removed, Which to me was great, because I did not even see the spots myself, I had to look really closely to see what they were pointing out, so I know they take their time.
