There are two women and one man who are usually working in the mornings, and they consistently come across as unfriendly and unwelcoming. The atmosphere feels very snobby, and as a regular customer, I've definitely noticed a difference in how I'm treated. Today was especially disappointing. I ordered my usual latte, but what I received was basically a cup of hot milk--there was no espresso and no flavor. It was completely wrong. I always leave a tip of around $1 to $1.50, even though I'm only ordering a coffee to go and I'm not dining in. I appreciate good service and like to show my appreciation, but lately I've gotten the impression that unless you're leaving a much larger tip, you're not treated very well. I can't say for certain that's the reason, but that's how the experience has felt. It's disappointing because I genuinely liked coming here and have supported this café almost every day. I hope management takes customer service and drink quality seriously because regular customers should feel valued regardless of how much they tip.
