Dr. Kim is always so sweet and patient. She goes over all my possible options and really works with my forever changing ideas of what I want. She is very precise with her exam. She explains everything and goes over my medical history and the importance of my health and vision. While I was waiting for my eyes to dilate, I was just browsing and someone immediately put my name on the list. After a few minutes they called my name. Suzie was checking my benefits. I had NO idea I even had any vision benefits. Suzie helped me pick out some frames and took them back to the desk for me to try on. I signed up for the extended insurance which actually saved me another $10. I get a hefty discount on any future orders. There were so many staff working and it was busier than I've ever seen it. Everyone was so courteous and there was hardly a wait time. I really like the bottles of water available. Very nice touch! Since they are in a very busy parking lot, be extra careful in parking. Ever since someone ran into me when I was backing out, I always back my car in. Even when I was pulling out sloooooowly, two cars almost hit me.
