    This is not a standard 5 star review, because I'm about to tell you about how my day with the service department went wrong. I called ahead, got a quote, set up an appointment, and went in for my one hour installation job on a Ford accessory I bought from their parts department and was having installed by their service department. Seems like it should be a slam dunk, easiest type of appointment. Well stuff happens and that's not how things went. Without getting into specifics, I'll say that I found myself at the counter to pay with ammunition for my argument ready and waiting. I was prepared to have to fight for a fair deal, and I'm writing this review because of how great it felt to realize that I didn't need to. It seemed to me that a mistake was made and things took longer than they were supposed to, but instead of leaving feeling over-charged and with a conviction that I'd never return for service there, I'm writing a 5 Star review. I'll mention in case anyone reading this is wondering if I threatened to write a bad one or offered up a good one as an incentive to take care of me, that's not the case. I'm writing this review because their service earned it, and I appreciate the way they handled their business with me. Jeff did an absolutely stellar job of making sure that I was taken care of without me needing to fight tooth and nail for it. Things happen, especially as it comes to work on cars, but he recognized my situation and that my expectations were reasonable, advocated for me to have what I expected be my outcome turn out that way, and I will be bringing them more business in the future as a result. I'm a firm believer in the idea that you can't control everything but you can control how you respond to it, and I was very satisfied with how Jeff and his management team responded to this situation. Well done, Suntrup team! PS: the new lights work great and I'm thrilled to have the installation complete!

    I scheduled an appointment last week for a recall on my vehicle. The women who assisted with…read morescheduling was extremely professional and managed to get me in the very next week to have it completed. I chose the 7am drop off with a shuttle to work which fell well within their 11 mile radius. I arrived this morning at 6:45am to make sure I was there in time for appointment. As I sat in my car I noticed that the lights were all off in the showroom along with the service area while an employee stood waiting to be let in. This remained for the next 10 minutes. Finally employee was let in and I exited my car for doors to open at 7. As I entered, the women that was waiting to get in was perched behind the computer. I walked up and she informed me that someone would be with me shortly. It was 7 minutes before I was assisted by my service tech appearing from the rear of the bay area. It didn't take long to get checked in from there and he asked if I was waiting- I said no I was scheduled for a shuttle. I was then directed to showroom to wait for driver. Having never been there before, I did not know that the waiting room was actually to the left of the doors they sent me through. Regardless, I sat in the showroom area waiting for my shuttle. It is now 7:27 before I go back to service desk to inquire about the shuttle. I was met with there is only one person here, he has to go locate a vehicle and gas it up but they will come get me when he is there. I have never waited for a prearranged shuttle before at other dealerships. My tech then comes in and said my vehicle will be done in about 10 minutes so I decided to wait. Needless to say it wasn't 10 minutes. I was extremely dissatisfied with their quality of professionalism and the only reason I gave 2 stars was for the sweet women who arranged my appointment. I never posted this because I dislike giving negative reviews and thought maybe my expectations might have been too high since I'm used to certain service at another dealership. But I can assure you that is not the case. Today I received a text message from my technician who had the audacity asking me to fill out the review from the dealership and to give him all 10s for my overall experience. He then proceeded to tell me he is low on good reviews and it directly effects his livelihood. Sir, since you have asked me to fill out the survey, I will, but I can assure you, you will not be receiving any 10's!!

I'm a delivery driver who relies on their car for making a living as a college student. My older car had been having some problems so my friends suggested I buy a rebuilt alternator through Advanced Auto Parts online and they'd help install it. After the installation, my car worked normally for about a week then continued to die. After replacing the battery along with the rebuilt alternator, it was clear my culprit was the defective rebuilt alternator. I was forced to go to an auto repair shop to get a brand new alternator and another couple hundred dollars spent on the problem to finally have it fixed. My plan was to return the defective alternator back to Advanced Auto Parts to get my money back since it didn't work. After talking with Ken K. he told me that he didn't want to refund my alternator since he was concerned with meeting the stores quota for the quarter. I was immeadiately off-put by this comment because if their product didn't work, I wanted my money back. He kept prying me to return it to the store I had picked it up at because it was their problem - not his. He said he would be losing money by giving me a refund and I stated I had already lost enough money buying this product from Advanced Auto Parts and time out of working as a driver. I had to push to get him to give me a refund. This was the most unprofessional customer service interaction I have ever had in my life. He continued to try make an apathetic apology saying that he doesn't understand why a rebuilt alternator would be defective. After all was said and done, he said "I hope that doesn't happen next time and keep in mind you should return it to the store you picked your item up from" well Ken K, there won't be a next time thanks to your off putting social skills.

After a back n forth I left, the finance manager called me and said he got the payment down to $450. I told him I already have a car and I was targeting a certain percentage rate. He called me back an hour later and said he found a way to get the payment down to under $400. I take full responsibility for this negligence because I wasn't explained to that he added 12 extra months of payments to lower my overall monthly payment. I'll pay the car off before 2027. I want this dealership family to know that I am going to work hard enough to buy their business and properties, this city deserves better business owners.

There has never been an issue. When I first went to Napleton, it was right after my car got totaled and I was so distraught but they made the process so easy. I went in and I told them exactly what I wanted and what I didn't want so they showed me something that had everything I listed, and I immediately fell in love with it. The process was easy. I signed the papers came back the next day and picked up the car. I got to meet my sales rep as well as the managers who were very nice. And I know they say of course they're nice. They want to sell you a car but no you can tell when someone is just trying to sell you something versus when they genuinely are trying to get you what you are looking for and I felt like I got that with them. I would recommend them to anyone. I get all my service work done there for my car and I have not had any issues getting in there either.

    I STRONGLY recommend anyone considering RP Exotics read this before proceeding…read more I went through RP Exotics to purchase my first exotic vehicle. I purchased the car from the state of Washington, but had Parker review the deal, as at the time he was the only person I trusted in the car business. He suggested using a business open-ended lease structure to "save money" and referred me to a lender he stated he had worked with many times, with RP Exotics handling the vehicle registration. Approximately nine months later, when I sold the vehicle, I learned that $55,000 was applied against me as a residual by the lender they referred me to. When I asked the lender for an explanation of how this amount was calculated, I was told the details were proprietary and would not be provided. I also had questions regarding certain registration-related amounts, but was unable to get clear answers about how those were handled. When I raised these concerns with Parker, his response was that it was surprising and that I should consult a lawyer. After that, I attempted to get clarification on several outstanding & important questions, but many messages went either completely unanswered (but still opened), and the responses I did receive did not provide meaningful clarity. Throughout this situation, I did not receive an apology, explanation, or effort to help resolve the issue beyond the suggestion to involve legal counsel and one phone call he made to the lender. Based on my experience, I would HIGHLY advise having independent legal and financial review if you choose to do business here as this has been, by a very long shot, the worst car buying and selling experience of my life, and heavily regret doing business with them.

The largest repair, the radiator, cost $4000 to fix and only broke because RP Exotics did not ensure there was antifreeze in the radiator, there was only water then of course it froze and broke the car. It's pretty simple to check and make sure the coolant is not clear but has color to it, RP Exotics failed to do this simple inspection. When I bought the car, it had a tire pressure warning, the salesman told me they would contact me to get this remedied and they never did, The key broke and while they did reimburse me for this, it took them over a month to actually pay the money back. Now, it's having transmission problems, and I tried to work with RP Exotics to either trade it in or have them repair it and they were not interested in helping at all. When I spoke to the salesman about this, he was insulting and also not helpful. Also, when they sold it to me, the inside of the tires were all worn, it needed new tires within months of me buying it because RP Exotics did not check the alignment. The car had less than 65,000 miles when I bought it so it should've been in a lot better shape .
