We were scheduled to have a procedure completed and a payment was collected. On February 17, we had a change of heart and cancelled said procedure. I was clearly told that the refund would be processed, yet it is now June and I still have not received the money or a clear explanation for the delay. Over the past several months, communication has been inconsistent and unprofessional. I have had to repeatedly follow up for updates, only to receive vague responses or no resolution at all. A medical clinic should operate with integrity, transparency, and accountability, especially when handling patients' finances. While the staff may have initially appeared helpful, failing to honor a promised refund for this long is unacceptable. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this clinic to carefully review financial policies and documentation before making payments. As far as communication, I am very disappointed with the level of communication and professionalism from this clinic. Since February, I have called on seven different occasions and left multiple voicemails requesting a call back from the manager regarding my unresolved refund issue. During this time, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, which the clinic never responded to. I also initiated a dispute through my bank, and they have likewise failed to respond. I have contacted the office numerous times by phone and have even gone in person seeking an update. Their medical billing company, Bass Medical Billing, was unable to provide any information regarding the status of my refund or answer basic questions about the payment. After I posted a previous review, the clinic publicly asked my daughter to email them so they could address the matter. She did so promptly, yet no one ever replied. To date, neither the office nor Dr. Gamsky has made any effort to contact us or provide an explanation. At this point, I find the lack of communication, accountability, and follow-through to be extremely unprofessional. When a refund that has already been approved remains unpaid for months with no meaningful response, it raises serious concerns about how financial matters are handled. For those reasons, I cannot recommend this clinic. Based on my experience, I would be very cautious about conducting any financial transactions with this office.

I had recently undergone back surgery and mentioned that my leg had been hurting. Even though I was there for my hip, Dr. Feng immediately took the concern seriously. He stopped what he was doing, performed a thorough examination of both of my legs, and told me he was concerned I might have blood clots. He sent me directly to the hospital for testing, where it was confirmed that I had blood clots in both legs. I am incredibly grateful for Dr. Feng's attentiveness, compassion, and professionalism. His willingness to listen caretully and go beyond the immediate reason for my visit made all the difference. I truly believe his actions may have saved my life, and I will always be thankful to have had him as my doctor.

So after the five days when I'd run out of such meds I went to the pharmacy to pick up my refill. And turns out only one of the refills was sent. They had to give me loaner pills so I don't drop dead. What the hell is even going on with this office? Ever since they became Muir medical group I can't get my medicine refilled ever without some kind of giant hiccup! These aren't narcotics. These are blood pressure pills so I don't croak! This is so insane. The doctors here are very good. I love my doctor! But this office is so screwed up and unorganized, unethical, and doesn't care someone could just die without their meds.... She was impatient, dismissive, and spoke to me with very little patience. Several times while I was trying to explain my situation, she muted me while I was still talking. I have never experienced anything like that before. It made me feel ignored, disrespected, and honestly humiliated. What made the situation even worse was the confusion regarding my insurance. Tanya told me my insurance had not approved the CT scan and that my only options were to cancel my appointment or pay about $1,200 out of pocket. I contacted my insurance company, and they explained that they do work with BASS Imaging. The issue was that they had repeatedly asked BASS for the exact amount needed to approve the scan, but they were unable to get it. When I called BASS again later, another representative gave me completely different information. At that point, I no longer knew who was telling me the truth. I wasn't asking for anything special. I was simply trying to understand the situation and find a solution so I could get an important medical test done. Instead, I felt like I was treated as if I was a burden and that they just wanted to get me off the phone. I truly hope BASS Imaging takes this feedback seriously. If Tanya is indeed the highest-ranking person available to speak with patients, that is even more concerning because someone in that position should set the standard for professionalism, communication, and compassion. It has now been almost a week since this happened, and despite your response here, no manager has contacted me to discuss my experience. You mentioned that I should contact the imaging center and ask to speak with a manager. I already tried to do exactly that during my original phone call, but I was told there was no manager available. I truly hope you review the recorded phone calls. They will clearly show how the conversation was handled. My goal is not to get anyone in trouble. I simply don't want another patient to go through the same experience I had.

She ended up ordering the wrong one that my insurance didn't cover. Instead of the office taking care of it with my insurance, the front office manager insisted I had to call LabCorp and deal with it with my insurance on my own. She is extremely rude by the way. Even my insurance company apologized on their behalf stating they should have been the ones to contact insurance because how would I know what questions to ask, I'm just the patient. The insurance company put me on hold while they called the office directly and told the office manager that they needed to handle, and it's not on the patient. Basically after a lot of back and forth the office said there was nothing they can do. Didn't try to order the correct test, didn't try to work with the insurance company. Nothing. Also the doctors office is a renovated house. The doors to the rooms have huge gaps and everyone can hear your business.
