I was craving some pico de gallo and this place was near me. Figured I'd give it a try, but was hesitant since the reviews for other places seemed to be better. Needless to say, there was a great reason for that and I would rather go somewhere else. Don't get me wrong, they served what I ordered. But my simple pico de gallo was ready after 15-20 minutes -- and a customer after me got her food before me! To top it off, besides the customer who got her food before me, there was only one other customer, so three orders in all. I just kept quiet while patiently waiting. After a while, an older lady behind the counter asked me what I was waiting for (after handing out the lady that ordered after me her order) and I said my pico de gallo. She made it right away. Took less than three minutes! There are better places than this to get your fruit fix. I'm glad that I got to experience this place so I know where not to go. My coworker recommended this place for chamango. I've known about this drink for awhile now, but never got around to trying it. Since the weather is getting hotter, we thought it'd be the perfect time to try it. We came here after lunch and I got a small regular chamango for $3.50. While we were waiting, we noticed other customers eating their bionico. One had the regular and another had just strawberries and cream. Both looked equally delicious. I got mine and it was completely filled to the top with chunks of fresh mango on top. It tasted just like the Lucas candy! Yummmmmm. Salty, sweet, sour, with a spicy kick. Really refreshing on a hot summer day! Will be back again for the chamango and to try the bionico as well. read more

This place is a small hole in the wall place I went there to get a bionico that was way over priced for just some fruit that tasted like everything that was in there fridge and to top it I paid 5$ more to take cash out because they only accept cash so for a small thing of fruit I paid 20$ for. I come here once a week for lunch to try something new from their menu and I must say, everything so far has been delicious. The fruit is freshly cut, the tortas are nice and warm when served and the aguas frescas are very refreshing. Love this place. We order over the phone and our order is ready when we arrive. They serve almost any type of fresh fruit Mexican snack/dish that you can think of. My all time favorite is the bionico but I've never had a negative experience when I've ordered something else. A big plus is that their prices are very reasonable and they will deliver if you spend more ham $20. Their sandwich lunch combos are great and you can choose from a fountain drink or their Agua Fresca of the day. It seems that this place is run by a family who take a lot of pride in serving their customers quality food. They are all so welcoming and grateful for their customers. I absolutely love this spot! I have been here so many times that the owners know who I am, know who my mom is, and they know who my wife is. This is a family owned business and the owners really do know how to treat their customers! You are always helped with a smile. You have to grab their turkey torta with the works! They toast the bread just enough to give it a bit of a crunch, they add deli turkey slices, lettuce, pickles, mayo, mustard, jalapeno and red onion! Oh how my mouth waters at this moment. I used to box at the park near by and my work out was only complete if I stopped by and got an agua fresca de sandia! I used to get their large which is a bucket load of Agua Fresca. You have to try their milkshakes! I get a specific banana/ chocolate milkshake! Its chocolate fudge lightly poured around the edges of an empty cup, banana milkshake goes in, cinnamon and coconut is sprinkled on the shake, and its topped off by some whip cream. The bionico are excellent! You, of course, can choose your ingredients or get one of their specials. I get mine with lots of watermelon and whatever else I am in the mood for. Hit this joint up. I had my first CHAMANGO here the other day. Not bad. I'd like to try other places to compare, but the one I had lived up to expectations of what I knew of the drink already. SPICY and sweet. Burned my throat a little after awhile. I think the only negative about this place is that there is a lengthy wait. Waited about 10-15 minutes for my chamango. Way too long for a one drink order. I wasn't too upset about it considering the woman taking the orders was also the person chopping up the fruit by hand for other customer's bionicos. Very mom and pop shop. How authentic! read more

I go here all the time now to get their bionicos, chamango, and fresh juice drinks, which are all delicious. The bionicos come with fruits, cream, granola, and raisins. The fruits are bananas, apples, papaya, strawberry, pineapples and grapes. I think next time I will get less cream though. Their chamango drink is pretty good. Its a mix of ice blended mangoes with chili powder and chamoy, which tastes sweet, salty, and spicy all at once. Good stuff. read more

I went to this place after seeing the rating and because of the location. I ordered two small bionicos and waited about five minutes after paying for my order. The customer service is great, they are friendly and most importantly they got my order right (less melon and papaya). I loved the bionicos! My coworker thoroughly enjoyed his as well.
