Took their food and bowls but was told they provided bowls, so they gave me back my personal bowls. Wen I returned to picked them up and brought them home, both dogs started coughing. By the next day, their symptoms had become worse. I took them to the veterinarian, where they were diagnosed with Kennel Cough. I contacted Frogs to Dogs to inform them of the situation and was told someone would get back to me. Unfortunately, I have not received a phone call, text, or email addressing my concerns. I understand that kennel cough can sometimes occur even in vaccinated dogs and in boarding environments, but I am disappointed by the lack of communication and follow-up after reporting what happened. When I arrived to pick him up at 3:30pm that afternoon, after just having a 90 minute full body massage, I was a bit out of it, and was in shock when I saw Dallas. He had been shaved down to his coat!!!! I was rightfully upset and expressed my concerns to the SUPER unprofessional, Manager, on duty! She did not apologize nor refund my money. I went the next day, and showed the SUPER unprofessional attendant, "Deshawn '' and he took photos of Dallas and asked me to "give him a few minutes" so I stepped outside. I came back in and he said that he called "Mia" and she said "you were rude yesterday" and he could not do anything. I was only "rude" AFTER she was blatantly nonchalant with regard to what they DID to my dog. It is WINTER and they (Courtney Fields) took all his fur off and WITHOUT my approval. So much so that his ears are no longer covered, and his sweaters DO NOT FIT HIM. In addition the cut IS VERY uneven, especially around his eyes and neck. My poor baby. Mia is incredibly rude and they have not issued my refund. I have attached before and after photos of my dog as well as the filth that was around the front office area. SO DIRTY!!! If I requested a FULL refund of $66.00 by the end of business on Tuesday, December 26th, 2023, and have not heard from anyone. DO NOT GO HERE! I am going to file a civil complaint in Fulton County if I do not get my FULL refund.

I am sure that it can get tiring to listen to dogs bark constantly all day, but if you can't handle it, you shouldn't be working with dogs. Those are people's family members, and they are trusting you with their care and this man is being verbally abusive. I can't see if he's doing anything physically to them, but he is verbally being abusive to these dogs. I can still hear him yelling and he knows I'm out here. I told him I wouldn't dare take my dog there and it didn't seem to deter him so if you take your dog here, you might want to pull in the back parking lot sometime and just listen because I guarantee you you don't know what's going on when you're not there. This guy should be fired. I have been here for 30 minutes now and he is still yelling at the dogs, screaming at them to go sit down in a very angry tone. He is obviously not a happy person and he does not need to be around other people's pets. I am posting this because I care about animals. I'm not trying to cause problems for this guy. They WILL NOT warm up to anyone and especially in their own home. From the moment that Tom walked in they were all about the cuddles and special time with him. When I am gone for extended periods of time its not just a matter of leaving my girls with someone but also leaving my home. I have NEVER felt worried or anxious about either when I knew Tom was on the job. He is incredibly reliable and so detailed about the care he provides. Our trips wouldnt be the same without the periodic texts with the most adorable pictures of our girls when hes there. Tom truly is a godsend, even at the last minute he has accomodated us. Sometimes I think more for the girls than for me :) I have tried a few other people before Tom and even gone the route of daycare. The girls have done ok in each of the situations but they have never been totally fine, with that neither have I. I can honestly say that if it werent for Tom I wouldnt be able to travel at all. I have never found anyone that genuinely cares about my girls as much as I do except for Tom. It shows in the pictures he sends and it shows in how at peace the girls are when he's here.

He kept us posted everyday on how the animals were, MADE A LOG of daily events and even made a cute collage of pictures of the animals. I feel like I was there the whole time with my babies. Everyone at Camp Kitty is incredibly kind, helpful, caring, and accommodating. They genuinely make you feel comfortable and give you peace of mind about leaving your fur babies in their care. You never feel like your cats are simply being "boarded"--you feel that they are being looked after by people who truly care about them. Their level of service is so exceptional that sometimes I have to pinch myself to make sure I'm not dreaming! It is rare these days to find a business that combines such wonderful customer service with genuine compassion for the animals in their care. I'm a neurotic pet owner, and the vet answered all my questions with a smile and overall made a midnight hang out at the ER about as pleasant as it could be. I feel like I have all the tools at home to make sure she heals correctly (if I can get her to keep the cone on!). They were very up front about cost, and it's a price I'd gladly pay again for the level of care we received.

She had been sick for about a week with persistent diarrhea, was extremely lethargic, and had developed concerning shaking/neurological-type symptoms. Unfortunately, the entire experience, from check-in to the vet tech to the doctor to checkout, was extremely unprofessional. Before we were taken back, I overheard a vet tech speaking very abruptly to another client about whether they wanted CPR performed on their dog. I didn't know the circumstances, but her tone immediately struck me as unnecessarily harsh given what was clearly an incredibly difficult situation. That same staff member later came into our room. While I was explaining how sick and lethargic my dog had been, she told me my dog was doing "way better than the dead dog that just came in." She reiterated the comparison more than once. I was stunned. I was sitting in an emergency veterinary hospital scared about my sick, elderly dog, and a veterinary professional was essentially telling me she was doing well by comparison because another person's dog had just died. I found that unbelievably insensitive to me and even more so to the person who had presumably just lost their pet. Unfortunately, the lack of professionalism continued. I provided a detailed history, showed videos of my dog's concerning symptoms, and shared information from my regular veterinarian. The doctor's exam felt extremely limited. After a week of diarrhea, I had to specifically ask him to check her gums for dehydration. He estimated she was 8-10% dehydrated, but I couldn't get a clear answer when I asked whether she needed fluids. Fluids then appeared on the treatment estimate, leaving me confused about what was actually being recommended and why. At another point, the doctor described one of my 16-year-old dog's remaining teeth as "really gnarly." I'm well aware that my elderly dog has dental issues. It wasn't the observation that bothered me; it was the language and overall lack of professionalism. I already had an appointment with my regular veterinarian the following afternoon, so I specifically asked the vet tech which of the proposed treatments she professionally recommended to help my dog until then. Her response was essentially that it was up to me and I could do whatever I wanted. But that was exactly why I was there: I needed veterinary professionals to help me determine what my sick dog needed. I ultimately declined the proposed treatments and left feeling that I had received virtually no useful guidance. I completely understand that emergency veterinary medicine involves triage and that a more critical patient must take priority. I had absolutely no problem waiting while another animal was experiencing an emergency. My issue was the lack of compassion, communication, professionalism, and meaningful medical guidance throughout the visit. Being told that my sick and lethargic dog was "way better than the dead dog that just came in" really sums up the experience for me. It was an unbelievably insensitive and unprofessional thing to say in an emergency veterinary hospital, where people are arriving frightened and sometimes experiencing one of the worst moments of their lives. I brought in a very sick senior dog because I was scared and looking for help. I left feeling confused, dismissed, and appalled by the way the entire situation was handled.

I checked their pricing and saw it was $15, plus it was only about a 7 minute drive, so I decided to try it out. As soon as we walked in, the staff immediately greeted Tyrone (he's a pug) and me, which I appreciated. They also let me know that since I brought my own shampoo, my total would be $13 instead of $15, which was a nice surprise. The place was really clean, and yes, it smells like dog, but that's kind of expected since it's a doggy daycare and boarding spot. The wash area was solid and did exactly what it needed to do. They had plenty of clean towels, plus shampoo and conditioner available if you need it, and a good assortment of grooming tools. Overall, it was convenient, affordable, and way easier than trying to do this at home.
