It was about 6:30pm when I questioned why it was taking an hour and after threatening to cancel my order, it was miraculously ready within 5 minutes. I have a lot of patience, but waiting an excess of 30 minutes over the estimated time is unreasonable. I guess my first clue that there was a problem was that they didn't answer the phone until after a 3rd attempt when I tried to place my order. Thinking they were extremely busy, I noticed they weren't really busy at least to answer the phone while I was sitting there waiting for my order. They just simply let the phone ring. This could have been a way for them to slow down the orders and get the kitchen to catch up. I don't think that is a good strategy to run a successful restaurant. Food: 3/5. Service: 1/5.
