An unusual cactus looking fruit that had a lot of seeds

well compared to most buffets this is new parking of course is easy to find since it's close to Walmart. Originally I was going to go to smoque ribs on Pulaski and Avondale but then I'm on a budget since I have no work and what do you know it's on by me that Chinese buffets can give you all you can eat for less although it's not going to be as good quality as eating at a true rib place. Anyways to me the ribs I had both the pork and the beef they were decent. They weren't the best ribs but I had a craving for ribs. Despite all the other cuisines on this buffet I didn't go for all of them I just cared for the ribs mainly. I did go for the broccoli from the chicken broccoli as well as the sauteed mushrooms which I always love. Also for tamago scrambled egg sushi but it was not good. The sushi selection did not seem appetizing. The rice on that tamago sushi was very dry and not sticky. Wasn't even decent. Ask for the dessert the Swiss roll cakes were good the cream puff was disappointing as it was dry. They had this cactus looking fruit that was full of seeds and I was curious and she called it tuna? really the name of the fruit is called tuna it looks like a cactus but I don't know I didn't like it it's too seedy like a pomegranate. Ambience seen very clean since it was fairly new than most Chinese buffets. A little pricey even on a Tuesday for $19.99 for one person that includes the tax I did not give gratitudeity I don't believe in gratitudeity in the buffet. Service in regards to one of the staff members cleaning the washroom took them quite a while and I had to wash my hands since I ate ribs. Overall three stars usually but I do give them credit for them keeping clean the facilities and it doesn't look outdated. Even the bathroom.

I will begin here, I meant to write my review after my initial visit. I missed buffet locations. The service is top notch, very friendly staff. The food is delicious, plenty to choose from, shrimp, fish, orange chicken, rice and more. The soup and salads are good. There is a cold food bar, if you like sushi and more. I recall this place opening in Hall Plaza. It didn't disappoint. The lunch menu is offered on Saturday which is rare at a decent price. Plenty of seating, comfortable chairs and a comfortable ambiance. I am glad I stopped in. I will be back soon. Thank you for the experience.

Super clean, the people are happy you're there, and they got chicken wings and Diet Pepsi. What more could you ask for?

I hate knocking a small business but it's really hard to be excited about my experience…read more Pre-ordered a lobster roll and the mussels for 2 (which comes with most things you need). The lobster roll was mostly bread and very little lobster. The lobster in it was very small, stringy pieces and nothing like the large chunks in their own Instagram images. I would be willing to pay more for a better sandwich with more (and better) lobster. It wasn't premium lobster in look or taste to be honest. This sandwich, in its current form, is a hard pass. Mussels were okay. A few that didn't open, but that's to be expected. I'm not sure how fresh they were since they had a bit of a fishier scent. They give you a head of garlic, a lemon, a baguette and a tub of compound butter. It's great in theory, but the butter was tasteless and I could just as easily used my own butter and other ingredients. The customer service was okay. We called ahead to make sure they had all of the elements of the mussels as part of the package and the person ringing me up still had no idea what I was talking about. In the end she made sure everything was there after I brought it up so it was fine. One other issue I had was that they just put the mussel mesh bag in my bag and they leaked mussel juice/water over everything else in the bag. Two of those things were tinned fish gifts for someone else and the cardboard was soaked in fishy smelling liquid. I know there is a new owner and I really hope he does the things he needs to improve and make this place worth it. Right now I can't see going back when there are places like Boston Fish Market that get it right.

I think it's a super fun nostalgic play on the classic Spaghetti O's. Of course these were way better, with the vodka sauce and meatballs. We walked in on a Saturday around 5:20pm, and were told it would be about a 20-30 minute wait, which was fine. We left, but ended up going back after 5 minutes to ask if we could just sit at the bar to order a drink while we waited. The hosts were super friendly and allowed us to do that, even though I think bar seating was part of the reserved seating. A couple minutes after we ordered our drinks, the friendly hostess came and let us know there was a cancellation so we could be seated at a table right away. To drink, I ordered the Secret Third Thing and it was delicious. Along with the Spaghetti Uh-O's, we also ordered the cabbage, which is cooked until it is tender and served almost like a caesar salad. My boyfriend got the fried chicken vesuvio and it was served in a fun bag with a personal sauce container. The chicken was fried perfectly and had a nice crisp. It only comes with maybe 3 little potatoes. We also got the focaccia and the garlic honey butter was soo good!

Our server Lara was fun to chat with, and she was very helpful sharing her favorites and suggestions. Nice selection of beers, including Hopewell from across the street, and THC infused drinks. 3 cheese lasagna was classic with delicious sauce. My wife had the Spaghetti o's which was great with clever presentation, but over salty, even for her who salts everything. She said she would not get it again. The focaccia was good, but the honey whipped butter stole the show. Ravioli (sweet corn, polenta, goat cheese and ricotta with candied jalapeño) was unique, tasty and tender with fresh pasta. The decor and artwork are old school, kinda English pub like. We will be back!
