I was truly disappointed in how This service went down. While the workers were super polite, they were an hour late. Then they didn't even wear shoe coverings. What's the point of cleaning a carpet and floors when you're going to walk all over it? Without asking, he went and used my toilet when I am trying to install a new seat. Had he just asked, I could have told him to use the toilet downstairs. It is rude to just use someone's toilet or assume that you can. I will not recommend this company. read more

I requested a cleaning 4-5 days prior and told them I worked from home and that I'd be available starting at 1pm. The project manager messed up and sent the cleaners at the wrong time, and when I called the number back it went to a different operator who had no idea what was going on (they even told me the cleaners were ultimately not available the day I scheduled!!) After being in meetings all day I kept missing calls by different operators (when I told them I was working). When the cleaners got there they were rightfully frustrated. They did a fairly nice job but were being rushed by their management. When I looked at the quote they had the wrong start time and were trying to charge me for an extra hours worth of work that didn't happen (I imagine they wanted to charge me for THEIR error sending the cleaners at the wrong time). Do not recommend this company, try to find a cleaner directly instead of this agency style. read more
