It was about early afternoon when we walked in for a quick bite. A fast casual sterile restaurant vibe. To an extent a limited menu of hamburgers, chicken sandwiches, and vegetarian options. They do offer salads as well. Although, I appreciate the variety, it's a bit of a bummer that a burger place had very little hamburger selection. That big cow wall decoration made an incoherent concept. The cashier maintained a professional decorum. I ordered the mini burger as is. Hubby ordered the mini burger with cheese and no onions. Guess which mini burger had the onions? Anyhoo... the burgers were decent. Garlic fries were okay. We decided to try the kid serving of the soft serve cone and it was unexpectedly a generous portion.

My boyfriend told me about this burger place since it is one of his favorite burger places while he was living in the bay. He was super excited to find out there is one in Roseville. We were in Roseville so we definitely needed to check them out. It was our first time here at this location and it was my first time ever at any Super Duper. Their menu is simple and straightforward. I am not a burger person but I had to try one of their burgers. Classic burger: I did not add cheese. It was juicy and a bit messy. Tasted fresh. One of the better burgers I have had. Spicy fried chicken sandwich: Chicken was huge. Bigger than the bun. It was a bit dry. Too spicy for us. Taste was pretty good though. Swirl soft serve: After eating the spicy fried chicken sandwich, we needed something to cool our mouths down. Soft serve was thick and creamy. Good way to end our meal. I came back another time to order to go. I got another classic burger and added grilled onions. The burger this time was a bit dry and lacked in seasoning. Also got cookies and cream shake. Shake was good but had better elsewhere. Service was friendly. Order at the kiosks or at the front counter with a staff. Indoor and outdoor seating. They have a drive thru as well.

Great tasting burgers and soft serve ice cream. The restaurant is u surprisingly large and very clean inside. The service was fantastic as well. Quick tip would be to order the smaller burger of the two unless you really want the two patties.

My friend told me about Super Duper Burgers, and when we were in Roseville, we stopped by! I ordered the Classic Burger and then added Jalapeño Peppers to it as well. Overall, I'd say it was a great burger! The burger patty was seasoned well, and I thought the peppers added a spicy touch. The size of the burger was good for the price as well. There's ample seating in here which was great, and the service was good, as the food came out pretty quickly.

Juicy delicious burgers made with high-quality, California sourced ingredients. We were immediately greeted with a smile the moment we walked in. The ordering process can be done online, in person at the register, through the drive-thru or at a kiosk. The dining area was mostly clean and featured several TVs for the game, but there was a bit of food left on some of the benches. The restrooms and garbage bins were tidy and well-maintained. The house made pickles in a self serve jar by the condiments station were super crunchy and flavorful. The burgers themselves were delicious and substantial with a quarter pound of never-frozen, organic, vegetarian fed beef mix (brisket, rib, sirloin, chuck). The buns were fresh and held up perfectly to the components without falling apart. The garlic fries were perfect! Natural cut, loaded with minced garlic and fresh-shaved aged cheddar. I definitely overindulged since I was practically rolling out of there like a bowling ball. My only gripe was the milkshake. I love Straus milk, but the texture was way too watery. The flavor was great, but the consistency was not it. Super Duper is a Bay Area staple I first tried years ago after a day at the Sonoma Raceway. They compete against In-N-Out in terms of price, but really the quality beats McD and BK by miles. I'm so glad they've expanded to this area!

We decided to come here primarily for the soft serve ice cream, but ended up getting their cheeseburger and fries, as well, to share. Service was very friendly. It was pretty busy at around lunch time when we went. Our order came out pretty quickly. We actually ended up getting our soft serve first which wasn't super ideal, but hey, that's what we came for. It was very thick, creamy. Think McDonald's soft serve but better quality and a bit of a richer flavor. The cheeseburger and fries came out hot and fresh, but what I noticed was both the burger and fries were undersalted for my preference, which is good if you prefer less salty, but to be fair, if you salt during the cooking process it can change not only how the food tastes, but textures and what not. Really, I would come back primarily for the soft serve ice cream if I'm in the area.

Let me start with the good, the garlic fries. If I ever go back it will be for the delicious garlic fries. The hamburger wasn't terrible, it was fresh made but I just felt it had no flavor or seasoning. I had heard such great things about this place from Bay Area friends and I was slightly disappointed I just didn't understand the hype. Also I had heard so much about a "pickle bar" come to find out there was homemade pickles but not like a variety of pickles. We visited on a busy weekend and although they were busy our food was served quickly. They have plenty of seating both indoor and outdoor, it's spacious. I just was not very impressed by the burgers they were just alright.

Classic burger & garlic fries

The first time we went was on the weekend during opening. The line was long and the restaurant was super packed. We finally found a table on the patio. The service was good despite lots of customers. We got our food within 15-20 mins of ordering. Two months later, we tried it again. We came on Friday around 1pm for lunch and the restaurant was not busy. The service was good (we got our food within 10 minutes) and the food quality was improved too (more sauce on the burger and more garlic on the garlic fries). - Classic burger with cheese: the first time we tried, it was just okay because couldn't taste the sauce although I asked for extra sauce. The patty was well cooked & seasoned. When we tried the second time, they put more sauce & it was good. - Garlic fries: the first time we visited, the garlic was not prominent. But on our second visit, they put lots of garlic pieces on the fries - we even found big chunks of garlic at the bottom! This was more the classic Super Duper's garlic fries that I remember. - Blueberry shake: the shake was very creamy but we couldn't taste the blueberry flavor. - Dirty Dog: delicious! The patty was well seasoned. The jalapeno gave enough heat & spiciness. The cheese was melted and perfectly complemented the burger. However, the buns were soggy. The only thing that disappointed me was they used to have housemade ketchup that tasted amazing! Here, they used the regular ketchup like any other restaurant. Also, they must changed the pickle's recipe since it tasted different. Still good and crunchy but the pickles that I love from Super Duper had a hint of sweetness. I hope those original ketchup & pickle could come back.

I had heard about Super Duper from my kids before I ever stepped foot inside. One day when I saw the sign I asked them, "Is this place actually good?" Their response was immediate: "Yeah... we drive from Folsom just to eat there." Well that was all the intel I needed. Now I'll admit, walking in was a little bittersweet. This location used to be one of my favorite spots before it closed, so part of me was still holding onto those memories. But that feeling disappeared pretty quickly thanks to the amazing hospitality right from the start. The young lady at the counter greeted me with a big smile, took my order, cracked a joke, and made the whole interaction fun and welcoming. It's those small moments of genuine friendliness that can completely change the tone of a place, and she absolutely nailed it. The space itself has a fresh new feel while still being comfortable. The restaurant was clean and well organized, and I noticed two TVs playing sports which instantly adds a little bonus entertainment while you're eating. Hard to complain about catching a game while waiting for your food. I decided to stay and dine in, and one detail I really appreciated was that they gave me a glass cup for my drink instead of a standard takeout cup. It's a small thing, but it feels less wasteful and adds a nice touch to the experience. The condiment station is also well set up and they even have pickled pickles available, which is a fun little addition that caught my attention. If you're someone who likes to customize your burger situation, you'll appreciate the setup. Parking here has always been easy and that hasn't changed, which is a big plus. The location is also close to the mall so it's a convenient stop whether you're out running errands or grabbing a quick bite. Overall, Super Duper made a great first impression on me. Friendly service, a clean and comfortable space, and a few thoughtful touches that make the experience enjoyable. Safe to say my kids were right... and I can definitely see why they make the drive for it.

Tiny burger , fries good , pathetic for 18 bucks
Gino P.

Nice place inside the burger was so small , not worth close to 18 bucks for a combo meal ! Won't be back !

This place is pretty awful. Burgers should not be cooked "medium" aka raw in the middle. " While you can safely eat whole-cut steaks rare, the grinding process mixes surface bacteria throughout the meat. To kill harmful pathogens, you must cook ground beef to an internal temperature of 160° F (71° C)." The place was empty and the tables and floor were all super dirty, The pickles are moldy looking / waterlogged and taste awful. The ciabatta buns are hard and old.

One classic burger and the Super Burger with fries
Steven C.

Amazing burgers. The best fries to go with them as well. High quality meats. This establishment has something for everyone. From the most burger loving person, fried chicken fanatic to the one vegetarian in the family. Didn't try their shakes which I heard great things about but I guess I have a reason to return. The Super Burger was piled high with high grade beef. It's a greasy burger but that's how I like it. Dripping with some extra cholesterol, my doctor would recommend against it but you only live once! Ny fiancee loved the fries. She couldn't stop eating them until finally she realized her burger was getting cold. The inside of the restaurant was really clean. Plenty of tables. They even had a couple of TV's up high on the wall which were playing the NFC championship game. Used the kiosk to order our meal which was convenient as the line at the register was being held up by a family who had lots of questions lol. Super Duper Burgers is a must try when in the area, especially if you're a burger connoisseur.

I've heard good things about this Super Duper Burger, but I've not gone since there's no locations near me normally. Mostly they seem to be located in the Bay Area. This Roseville location is right across the big parking lot of the Roseville Galleria Shopping Mall and just across the street from PF Chang's on Galleria Blvd. Super easy to find and lots of parking. I just wanted to get the standard burger to be able to make a good judgement on the food. Gotta cut back on those fries and carbs anyways. I ordered the Super Burger which is basically a double cheeseburger for around $11 inc tax. just for the burger. Not really fast food prices, but this is supposed to be better than fast food. It comes with two 1/4 pound patties, cheese, lettuce and tomato. It's just a short wait for the burger. The first thing I notice is they assemble the burger upside down from what most burger places do, they put the meat on the bottom of the sandwich and then put the lettuce and tomato on top. Most places put the lettuce on the bottom to protect the bun from all the flowing juices so they don't get the bottom bun all soggy. I'm actually of the opinion that meat on the bottom is the best way, cause if you like the meaty flavor most, that way when you bite in with the meat side on your tongue, not the lettuce and tomato! It really does make a difference! Try It both ways! Here, at Super Duper, the burger meat is already set up the way I like it! I will say it was a quite nice burger, you gotta hold on just right so the meat doesn't slip out! geeze did I just say that?

Our friendly server recommended the fried chicken as a must-have signature menu item, so we ordered two plates and a Caesar salad. We were both overjoyed with our entrees--chicken was moist with a beautiful, crunchy crust and the most delicious gravy and sweet grilled carrots. We finished up with a s'mores bread pudding that is one of the most craveable desserts I've ever tasted. Moist, caramel-y and luscious! And the server led our neighboring tables in singing Happy Birthday to my mama, which made the night really fun for her. Can't WAIT to come back! It's a new favorite--everything I hoped for and more. Q1227 easily became one of my favorite dining experiences in Sacramento…read more We started with the lobster bites and broccolini. The lobster bites came with a lemon wedge and their house Thousand Island sauce, and that sauce was incredible. The combination of the crispy lobster, lemon, and sauce worked perfectly together. The broccolini was also seasoned really well and paired nicely with the grilled lemon. I ordered an Old Fashioned, and it was one of the smoothest I've had. One detail I loved was that they stamped the restaurant's logo into the ice cube. Small touch, but really cool. For my main course, I ordered the Grilled Huli Huli Chicken with a crispy rice cake, pineapple, greens, and a house sauce that completely made the dish. The sweet and tangy flavor paired perfectly with the chicken. Me and my girlfriend also shared the mac and cheese, and honestly, this was one of the best mac and cheeses I've had. It was rich, creamy, well-seasoned, and the breadcrumbs on top added the perfect texture. My girlfriend ordered the braised short rib with garlic mashed potatoes and carrot purée. The short rib was so tender it practically fell apart with a fork. Everything on the plate was delicious. One thing that surprised me was the portion sizes. Everything was very filling, and we ended up taking some food home. By the time dessert came around, we were already pretty full, but there was no way we were skipping it. To finish the night, we shared the Ghirardelli triple chocolate brownie with vanilla ice cream, caramel sauce, and strawberries. It was the perfect way to end the meal. The restaurant was busy and lively, but it never felt crowded. The tables were spaced out really well, so my girlfriend and I could still enjoy our conversation and watch the basketball game. I also appreciated seeing Chef Q and his wife walking around and checking on guests throughout the night. They stopped by tables to see how everyone was enjoying their food, which was a really nice touch. I even had the chance to take a picture with Chef Q before we left, which was super cool. Between the food, service, atmosphere, and attention to detail, this is easily one of the top restaurants I've been to in Sacramento. Definitely worth a visit.

When we arrived on a Monday, the restaurant wasn't crowded, so we expected attentive service. We were seated, our server came over for drinks, and we let him know we were celebrating my aunt's birthday. This restaurant usually has a nice way of acknowledging birthdays, so we were looking forward to that, but it never happened. We ordered the lobster bites, and they were outstanding as always. My mom, who is allergic to seafood, started feeling a little nauseous from the smell and asked our server for some lemons. He walked away, and we never saw him again. After waiting for quite a while, we asked another server, who brought them over immediately. Our salads and soup were delivered by a food runner, and once again, our server was nowhere to be found. I eventually had to flag down the manager just to have our appetizer and soup plates cleared from the table. Our entrees arrived, the server asked how everything was, and then disappeared again. The next time we saw him was when he dropped off the check. What made it even more frustrating was watching him repeatedly check on, laugh with, and chat with the table behind us while barely acknowledging ours. We completely understand that restaurants get busy and servers can get overwhelmed, but that didn't seem to be the case here. For a $300 dinner for four people at an upscale restaurant, I expected a much higher level of service. The manager did remove our desserts from the bill, and I appreciate that gesture, but I honestly felt more should have been done once it was clear how neglected our table had been. The biggest disappointment is that the food was absolutely outstanding. Every dish was delicious, which made the lack of service stand out even more. This has always been one of my favorite locations, so I truly hope this was just an off night. Unfortunately, this experience left a bad taste in my mouth and didn't reflect the level of service I've come to expect from this restaurant.

Since we were guests of our friend I didn't take any photos as it's somewhat rude to take out a cell phone to start clicking. Next time.
