Has anyone went to get some chicken? Was craving some and was in the area so my son and I dropped by. When we got there it wasn't busy, I was able to go straight to cashier and order. The restaurant is a good sized with some seatings inside and out but it was packed. We was able to find a two person seat and sat to enjoy our meal. The outside seating was refreshing. I ordered the 10 pcs meal that came with 2 sides.. I added a large mash potato and a mango peach pie. I also ordered a lychee tea which was not bad. The chicken was hot and crispy and juicy. The peach mango pie is a fried pie that was delicious! My only disappointment is why are the sides so small? My large mash was the size of a personal size side else where. There's finally a Jollibee in Roseville! I always knew this day would be come but boy did it take a while. I no longer have to drive to South Sac to get some Jollibee! We've been to the new location several times now. It's definitely busier on the weekends, especially Sundays after church. Ordering is easy. They have staff and the registers but there are also kiosk. Highly recommended signing up for rewards points! Food is perfect as always. Chicken is hot and crispy. The gravy is rich. And the ube and mango pies are heaven. There's a good amount of searing inside and out. Though it does get hard to find a spot on the busier times. Be prepared to stalk some tables. Local Jollibee in Roseville for the win!! Friendly and fast service, efficient ordering system in front or at the kiosk, nice location near the freeway entrance (off 80 freeway) with plenty of parking, and feels just like any other jolly and welcoming Jollibee restaurant. We decided to avoid the rushing crowds and wait for a few weeks after their grand opening, so this review is practically based on the experience once they've settled down. (Any time we saw a line, hard stop and ate elsewhere.) Good amount tables for inside dining but also an efficient system for take outs. Family combos are a bit too pricey for my liking, so we stuck with a 6 piece regular chicken bucket and 10 piece spicy chicken bucket which turned out to be much cheaper on their own without the family combo sides. Their spaghetti is a must have also, so we indulged with a family pack spaghetti (just a larger portion). Spicy chicken have their own cute little "spicy" flags so there's no guessing when eating with the little ones (they'll enjoy spicy someday, but today's not that day). Not used to their gravy that comes with the chicken? Get used to it. Put aside your own sauces, put aside the ketchup, put aside your worries, and put aside anything holding you down. Dip each chicken bite into the brown gravy sauce and savor each and every delicious mastication worthy of royal blood. Oh so good... Only reservation I have is their coconut freeze drink - hardly any flavor as if I was just slurping on ice. Mango was good, but overall we'll stick to local beverage spots with better boba. Not a hard stop for us though, since we're really here for the chicken and spaghetti! The newest 'Bee on the Block! The Mack Road location has been around awhile (2015) and we're still waiting for the Elk Grove one too. Roseville just opened on August 7th, so I gave it a little bit before venturing over. The grand opening lines looked crazy on social media, with a lot of "first 100 customers" merch giveaways like t-shirts, 6-piece buckets, bucket hats, tote bags, etc. This spot does NOT have a drive-thru. Bestie had never tried Jollibee and this was the perfect opportunity since it was in her neck of the woods. Pose with the Jollibee statue out front! I got a 2-piece Chickenjoy + Jolly Spaghetti with a Pineapple Refresher and added a Peach Mango pie. She got 1-piece original, 1-piece spicy Chickenjoy, side of adobo rice and side of mac and cheese, Pineapple refresher and peach mango pie. If you don't know, they're deep fried deliciousness. They don't have palabok on their menu yet, but they do also have the chicken sandwiches and burgers. I'm also a fan of the burger steak with rice. They also had ube pies if that's your thing. I didn't ask if they had any other refresher flavors. There are two big kiosks for self-ordering, otherwise two cash registers at the counter to order at as well. There is a monitor showing your name and status of your order while you wait. Fountain drinks and paper straws are self-serve, but you have to ask for any extra utensils and napkins. Came here with a friend who knows about this chain and it was my very 1st time. I ordered the 2 piece and 2 sides combo meal with half spicy and half regular chicken. For my sides I had the mac n cheese and adobo rice. The peach and mango pie was highly recommended so I got that and the pineapple quencher drink. Ok the chicken was delicious, juicy, and didn't have too much breading. The spicy chicken wasn't spicy to me it just had a lot of flavor and was more like mild to medium spice. The regular chicken was delicious too and having either in the gravy? Yum. The adobo rice was tasty and I probably should've mixed some gravy in with it. The mac n cheese was good ans creamy. Now the pie it was ridiculous and warm and delicious. My friend told me the pies are deep fried so that's probably a part as to why it's good. I finally made my way to the Roseville Jollibee. I must admit I was a little surprised to see this chain open a store in Roseville. I have enjoyed chickenjoy and yumburgers in the SF Bay Area, South Sac, SoCal, and the Philippines. I have always been pretty happy with the food. Service is generally hit and miss, depending on the day and location. Roseville, however, with a very different looking restaurant crew and clientele, provides excellent customer service, maintains a clean environment, and serves consistently delicious fast food. The first time I went by I ended up not going in as the line was out the door and into the parking lot. Thankfully now that it's been open a little longer, the line wasn't as bad anymore. We opted to order with the staff directly as we had some questions about what to get, they were super helpful! We ordered to go and got our food within 10 minutes. Super fast service! We ended up ordering a bucket of chicken for which we did 1/2 spicy 1/2 regular. That came with gravy, and for the 2 sides we got spaghetti and mashed potatoes. We ordered the two pies, ube, and peach, the chicken sandwich with fries , and the pineapple quencher. It was all delicious and very reasonably priced as this all came out to $41.00. The spaghetti was sweet, the chicken crispy, the mashed potatoes sooo creamy, and the pies perfectly deep fried. Arrived here a little after 3PM during their grand opening. Wow, it was packed! I already anticipated there to be a long line, but this sure was a huge reception - felt like I was about to go on a ride on an amusement park with the line zig-zagging. They provided a tent, water and a few fans placed in certain areas which was appreciated. It was great to see all walks of life wanting in on the Jollibee experience, Once inside, I observed a good amount of seating and decor. Despite waiting almost 1.5hrs in line, after placing the order, I received my meal in maybe 10 minutes - albeit original (not spicy). This location has only been open a few weeks and it was our first time ever to a Jollibee restaurant. The parking lot was packed and there were LOTS of people inside the restaurant, however we were instantly greeted and waved over to an open register. My wife and I both ordered the "Original Sandwich Meal" and I added A passion fruit tea for an additional 50¢. Although new, the employees were very quick to get orders out. I would guess it took less than 5 minutes to get our food. The sandwiches are about the perfect size for a reasonable-sized meal. The chicken is THICK and the crispy coating was great. The fries are not my favorite style, but were hot and a decent sized bag. The restaurant was clean inside as employees were constantly cleaning tables and emptying trash containers. My childhood! I loved everything about this place. The line moved quickly as if it seems they trained so much that the wait felt like 15-20 mins in line. I stopped ordering the spaghetti at Jollibee because it doesn't taste as good as I remember but I actually liked it this time around! When we pulled up to the parking lot, the flavor-packed smell of fried chicken was wafting through the air, we'll call it The Jollibee Effect. That smell just brings you in. We went on the day after the grand opening, and, as we expected, there was a line. The line moved quickly and we were inside the building ordering on the kiosk within 30 minutes of getting in line. We ordered a six piece of half regular/half spicy, adobo rice, gravy, pineapple quenchers, guava quencher, and mango/peach pies. I have to tell you, we went there not feeling super hungry, but The Jollibee Effect, while we were waiting in line, hit hard. By the time we got our order, which was quick by the way, I was craving that chicken. All I can say is masarap! A nice change of pace for Roseville fast food options. The food was delicious. The chicken was extremely succulent and a significant step up from KFC. It's still fast food chicken but they nailed it the crispy exterior and juicy interior. The spicy chicken had a decent kick but nothing too hot for all but the least spice tolerant. I tried the spaghetti and it was not what I was expecting, but in a great way. When I was told you have to try the spaghetti I was pretty dubious of fast food noodles. But the spaghetti is more akin to Cincinnati regional specialty Skyline Chili than the bland spaghetti with marinara I envisioned. The noodles are covered in a rich surprisingly sweet sauce with bright spices and slices of hotdog. A small mountain of processed cheese complete the dish. If I come back I'll absolutely get this again. The pie was okay. A step up from a McDonald's hand pie but nothing too hot write home about. The interior of the restaurant was clean and well staffed. I'm so glad this place opened up! This is my favorite fast food fried chicken spot! Their chicken is always so perfectly crispy and juicy! And I definitely recommend getting their gravy and dipping the chicken and skin in that delicious sauce. Their mango dessert is always so yummy. I have so many questions! My first is how!? How is everyone so invested in this place and raving? I'm sorry but this is maybe one ladder rung above KFC, and honestly every single side except the spaghetti taste exactly like kfc, all were mediocre at best. The spaghetti was gross, like chef Boyardee comparable. The chicken had no flavor, was greasy and slimy. The biscuit was dry and flavorless. I am dumbfounded really. The yum burger was tiny and the meat barely there. The chicken sandwich was ok but also had no flavor. The employees all seemed a bit frazzled, but the place was very crowded so maybe that's why. I have tried to get food here for a week now. I went this morning, first thing and finally was able to purchase a meal. The inside is really clean , not too many seating areas but I did to go. I got a 6piece bucket, meal. 2 pies one ube and 1 peach/ mango. The service was quick and very friendly. I've had it before but it was definitely worth coming to try out our new spot in Roseville. Wow! The customer service at Jollibee's in Roseville is wonderful. My husband and I had to go the first few days within their grand opening. Of course the line was outside the building however, it did move quite quickly, which I appreciate. I love how there was a system in place such as scanning the QR menu and app while you were waiting in line so when you got to the register or order kiosk, you knew what to order ahead of time. I also love how there was somebody at the door to monitor the constant flow of traffic going in and out of the restaurant and managing the ordering at the kiosk and having people go to the registers. There were many staff members who were keeping this restaurant clean. It is wonderful that you can see your food being prepared with all of the staff members in the back working. I like that there's counter seating, booth, seating, and table seating. They definitely have this organized and you don't have to wait too long from ordering and getting your food. I love the taste of my chicken, biscuit, mac & cheese, mashed potatoes. The pies were delicious and the pineapple quencher was so good. Those who know Jollibee, love Jollibee. If you are new to Jollibee, expect some differences from familiar American fast food. For example, spaghetti and fried chicken don't feel like they should be on the same menu, and yet, it works. Our visit today, on the second day of the Roseville location's opening, was fantastic. The staff and their leadership team were well prepared for the opening crowds, were organized and attentive. The cashier who took our order (Storie) was friendly, knowledgeable, and calm under pressure. This location has two kiosks in addition to two registers with cashiers and a video screen that lets you know when your order is ready. The fried chicken was crispy and very tasty. The biscuit was standard, but what really stood out was the garlicky adobo rice and the spicy chicken sandwich which was juicy and quite large. The cheesy yumburger also surprised us by being better than a typical 'fast' burger. Lastly, the peach and mango pie was yummy, although not earth shattering. Drink fountain is Pepsi products and has somewhat limited options, but they have specialty drinks on their menu that people are more excited about, anyway. Friendly staff, there was a line and wait but in and out within 25-30 min between all of it during lunch hour on a Saturday. Personally I don't like dark meat which is what they specialize in but breading is tasty! Pasta was yummy and kinda a sweet flavor. Definitely would be back! We visited on the second day at 9:30 PM. There was still a line, it took 30 minutes to order and 30 minutes to receive our food. The service was super warm patient and friendly. There was a guy that told everyone to have a jolly day and there must've been 20 employees in the back working hard to get you fresh food! The fried chicken was delicious. The chicken was super moist and tender, and the skin was very crispy. We ordered it spicy and it definitely had a little kick.Thr BD LOVES, LOVES, LOVES THEIR GRAVY HERE. He enjoys dipping his fries in them. We also ordered the adobo rice and it's nice and garlicky. I liked the lychee drink better than the coconut slushy. All in all, it's only 35 minutes away from my house compared to the Sacramento location, which is closer to an hour. I'm disappointed at jolliebee. They claim to be the best fried chicken three years in a row but the quality is lacking. First off I got the two piece combo and the chicken tasted rubbery and the batter is super oily and no seasoning. The biscuit was hard like it was previously frozen then heated up. The mashed potatoes had hard chunks in them. And the spaghetti was okay but the noodles were hard (not el dente). Overall it was a miss. The general quality of the food went down the drain. The Best of the Best! I was hesitant to come here on their third day of opening, because I knew the line will still be long. However, I had a mindset that I will wait because it's just one of those situations where, "it is what it is." I was at the end of the line and it took me by surprise how quickly the line moved and how efficient, personable the staffs were! I ended up placing my orders to go only because it's a little difficult to kind of find somewhere to sit due to how busy this place is currently. The chicken did not taste like what we're use to having on Mack road. The chicken tastes like just fried chicken no seasoning and no flavor. The chicken was not hot it was barely warm. I understand why with all the pans of cooked chicken, ready on the counters. I understand they've been busy and want to get ahead of the crowd, but don't do it with the cost of your signature flavor.
