Just doing rounds trying to help small businesses and came across Burger Bros. They operate inside of the Hot Off The Griddle restaurant as a kind of ghost kitchen renting the space during their off hours. Thr burger themselves are decent....you should definitely get the double as the meat to bun ratio is a bit light on the singles. Buns are toasted to absolute perfection. All "traditional" burgers come with grilled onions and pickles....the taste reminded me of McDonald's actually. I wish the patties had more crispy bits but I digress. Fries are super good but I think I got the last bit of the bag as it was all just bits and pieces. Prices are fair for once and not grossly overpriced....kind of a minis to charge $2.50 to add lettuce and tomatoes but if you have kids that only like plain anyway, this is honestly a good change of pace from In-N-Out read more

I am obsessed with fries and am very picky - the fries are great! Smash burger was great. Chicken sandwich was not very good (fake meat patty) but the bun was really good. Only issue was that when you place the order online, a lot of the burgers are supposed to come with a drink & fries. When it prints out your ticket, it doesn't show the fries - so we actually walked out without our fries and had to go back in. You also need to pay extra for lettuce, tomato, pickle. The drinks were refreshing and my soda was bubbly. If you are extra hungry definitely go for the two patties. 1 patty is perfect for me but not mid and husband. I recommend getting the meal ..It's 2 burgers (each with 2 meat pattys and cheese) with fries and a drink for around $20. Plenty of fries to share and such a great deal.. hard to find these days! I was very excited to try Burger Bros but as soon as I got home with it and took my first bite I said to myself I should have stayed with In-N-Out Burger. Thin patties no flavor and their idea of lettuce and tomato are wilted versions of it. In an out burger is fresh and crisp with a clean taste. The onion wasn't grilled it was just a red onion that out perform the rest of the burger. Atmosphere was dead service you just walk up to the counter and ask is your order ready. I've been looking for a good smash burger place around here for awhile and was really excited to see so many great reviews for Burger Bros! We ordered a couple of 2x2 burgers from DoorDash and while they were en route, I smashed an avocado, shredded some fresh lettuce, and made some bacon to add ourselves. Lettuce and bacon don't travel well from anywhere and we'd be fine getting them added at the restaurant if we ate in house. My husband just added some lettuce while I loaded mine up! The good - I absolutely LOVE the super thin smashed patties. I normally get a single from most places but saw a review about how thin they are here so I adjusted accordingly and two patties were perfect and exactly the kind of crumbly I love! The bun was good. The cheese was plentiful, and there was enough sauce. They traveled well and the presentation was great! The surprising - Something was unexpectedly very spicy on both of our burgers. I didn't season my avocado because I knew the bacon, cheese, and beef would be plenty salty. I thought I was being sensitive so I didn't say anything but my husband, who loves spicy stuff and is not sensitive to it, commented about how there was something spicy that creeped up and by the time he was halfway through eating his burger, he said his mouth was on fire. I don't know if it was a fluke and someone accidentally added too much of something or if some jalapeño juice accidentally got on our patties? I'm guessing it was a fluke somehow because I haven't read any other reviews about the burgers being spicy at all. In fact, one said their plain burgers were bland and the owner's (hilarious) comments basically confirmed that to be accurate without cheese, sauce, or onions. So I don't know if the seasoning recipe/ratio has changed or the cook just got distracted while seasoning our burgers. ;) If it weren't for the spice factor, this would be a 5 star rating even delivered 15 minutes away. We'll definitely give this place another shot in hopes it was a fluke because we'd love to support this place and hope they open something in Roseville as well! read more

Burger Bros, has AMAZING burgers. I got a triple deluxe cheeseburger and my wife got a single deluxe hamburger. The meat is beautifully cooked, and the fries are cooked to the perfect crispness. I was craving a nice juicy burger, and Burger Bros. Did not disappoint! This was our first visit and will not be our last. Also the customer service has been extremely exceptional. Just ordered via DoorDash, based purely off of a *1 star review* that I read here on Yelp, and the subsequent response the owner made. I was crying laughing while reading the response, enough to make me want to try the food. I figured "i don't even care if the burgers suck, but I need to try them now". They do not suck lol Ordered the 'Burger Bros' and added bacon to both.. And kept the onions because I like onions, and I'm a grown up. Delicious and wonderful, extremely flavorful, only "downside" is that there was no way in hell I could finish even ONE. So I have a the second burger still for lunch tomorrow. Yay. Also grabbed the chicken tenders for my kid (not a grown up), and he loved them. Fries are top tier, sauces are great, and if you order via DoorDash, you can pay with a card. We thought it was closed but it just so happens that this place is connected to the brunch spot so don't be discouraged if you don't see a sign. Me and my girlfriend got the double Dutch which is 2 double cheeseburgers with a side of fries and a drink.... For only $19!!! I had to reread it twice to make sure it wasn't just 1 double cheeseburger because that price is a STEAL! The burgers were absolutely amazing. Soft potato bun, juicy thin smashed patties, grilled onions smashed into the patty, the cheese melted to perfection. The owner Jordan was so welcoming and even made us a special burger on the house which was also delicious.
