As someone with little car knowledge, this place is legit and I have never once felt like they were upselling me on something I didn't need. They're honest and thorough. No matter how many questions I have, they answer every one with the utmost patience. A couple of times I've been nervous about my tire pressure, and they help me out. I normally do not use drive through oil service, but I read the reviews and gave it a shot. I took in a recently (1 week ago) purchased new vehicle from a dealer and I wanted to start fresh with full synthetic. When they checked my oil before beginning, they showed me the dip stick and mentioned how new the oil was. Wow! Honest...Didn't try to upsell me on a bunch of nonsense. I was impressed! We didn't see any newer reviews so we wanted to be sure to let everyone know how great this place is. We were driving to Florida from Wisconsin while pulling a boat. The check engine light came on and we had difficulty maintaining acceleration on the Kentucky and Tennessee hills and the cruise control just laughed at us. Of course it was a Friday night of Labor Day weekend and we needed to be in FL on Labor Day. Super Express Lube to the rescue. We arrived before opening on Saturday and the nicest and cutest female mechanic scanned our car and analyzed the problem. She was so accommodating and assured us that we would be fine getting your destination and advised us to have it checked when we got there. Best part was no charge! She just invited us back if we were ever in the area. So impressed with this place!!!! read more

We've been coming here for two years now and I am always just so blown away. Just today I went in to see about an oil change because we have a big trip coming up soon but we were about 1000 miles early. I believe it was Silas who helped me out, he told me that with the milage left before our next oil change would be fine. He then offered to check all the fluids and tire pressure for the car. After a quick inspection and some air added to the tires, they told me everything looks great and to have a fun trip. It's little things like this that keep us coming back and make Super Express Lube our go to place for anything with our cars. Let me start by saying: THIS PLACE IS WHERE YOU WANT TO GO FOR AFFORDABLE HELP WITH YOUR CAR. My 2010 Hyundai Tucson's malfunction indicator light came on for the first time after 9 years and about 55,000 miles. I was panicked, imagining a number of scenarios. Was my engine about to fail? Had my catalytic converter been stolen? Couldn't any number of expensive car-related tragedies be tied to one little light? My first thought was to call the dealership and I did. Not only was I told that it would cost $115 for the diagnostic, but they had no available appointments until about two weeks from now. Remembering that my husband had previously gotten an excellent (and quick) oil change here, I called them to ask if they would be able to do a diagnostic. Yes, they could and for less than $21 with tax to boot! An hour later, we were at the place and several things happened: 1) We got a speedy oil change: 2) We got new windshield wipers, which were sorely need and less than $20 bucks a piece WITH installation; and 3) The problem was diagnosed as (a very small leak) and the mechanics gave us a very clear explanation of what could cause it and the cheapest things that could be tried to fix it before spending significant money. On top of that they addressed a loose hose at no charge, which may have fixed the problem that led to the light in the first place! Long story short: these guys are fantastic! They are kind, honest, and helpful, and any time I need ANYTHING done on my car, you better believe I will be calling them first! read more

I chose this place because of all of the 5 star reviews....and it did not disappoint. They changed my oil of my Prius. They didn't quite have enough Mobil 1 so they ordered some and called me in 30 minutes when it came in. Additionally, that they took care of all of the incidental things like windows, air pressure, etc. What made this place great is that everyone is super friendly and informative.
