The Best local glass company I have used both for my house and my work. they have resposnded very fast to our needs and price and quality have not been matched by others in my experience. If another glass vendor in our area gave a lower price, it was because they were offering my lower quality material. I will keep on using Duper Glass. Last week we had a break-in of my office main glass door . It took 2 hours for them to come and replace a large glass and help us be back to business. We were given some quotes, which were fine and before moving forward we asked to get some measurements to make sure the glass would fit. Another gentlemen came by named Arash and he told us we had to add some wood trimming and add 1in x 1in pieces to secure the glass. Ok so I went ahead and got that done. After that, I never heard back from anyone. I called them at least 3 times and did get a hold of Milad one time and his response was that he had written down my name, phone number and what I needed and will get back to me. It's been about 2 months and we still have a glass-less wall =( My kids are now starting to walk so now it's even more dangerous, and what sucks is we have to lock our room door when we have to use the bathroom because when using the bathroom you can see through it (obviously cuz there's no wall, just a big chunk missing). Superglass if you read this (which I'm sure you will) sorry to have given you 2 stars, but you guys were really nice but never did a follow-up to close the deal. We had Super Glass install a frameless shower enclosure for our walk in shower which had some strange angles. The owner who came out to do the measurements definitely knew what he was doing and was a great problem solver. He was able to figure out a workaround for the odd angles. The installers were also great, you can tell they are perfectionists and great at their job. I was really concerned about how the glass would align due to some not so level walls, but they still made it look great. The shower enclosure exceeded all our expectations. read more

Super glass has done a fantastic job for my frameless shower. When I was getting quote in their showroom, the sales person was very patient and went over all the details with me. On the same day, They sent Sam for measurement. He spent about 30 minutes doing a very thorough measurement, even including the tilt angle of the tile. Some background on my experience - the subcontractor who framed the shower did a poor job of making the door frame square and plumb. Each subcontractor who followed - wallboard, marble, and glass each had to adjust to correct the framers errors. Sam did expert workmanship to pull it off and make it look great. Super glass is great. The showroom has their products on display and the different type of thickness in the shower glass that you can buy. The difference is that they get their glass from Oregon and the quality looked great. It's a family business and Sam, was just so easy to work with. His quotes are fair and he is very friendly. If you ever have any questions , leave a message and he calls you back very quickly. The installation was very professional. He really knows what he is doing and adjust as needed. I had Super Glass replace our two shower doors in the previous house, and they did wonderful jobs. So recently we had them to install another flame less shower door for our current house. Sam came in and did measurement, and also he gave us some very good suggestions. A week later they have finished installation, very efficient and precised and well done! Per my fellow Yelpers' recommendations, I went with Super Glass without getting other bids (to save time). I'm so glad I did! Sam came out for measurements as well as installations of two frameless shower doors. One is a single, frosted 3/8 inch door for our master steam shower, and the other is two solid panels of 3/8 inch clear glass on each side along the tiled wall, with a swinging middle door, for the guest bath. The install for the guest shower was fairly complicated due to one wall being at a weird 45 degree angle. Sam is an expert installer, so he made it look seamless and beautiful. The installation of both showers took about 3 hours (Jose was the assistant) at a cost of just under $3000 (including Enduro Shield). We're very happy with the results. Also, since Sam is the owner, he can guarantee his work and will come out to resolve any problems, should any issues arise in the future. I really like that guarantee! Sam is very professional and efficient. I would definitely hire them again. read more

We found Super Glass on Yelp after having two other companies come out to quote on our broken window. The sales rep for the first company was extremely pushy and relentless in trying to close the sale on the spot. He made my wife very uncomfortable. The second company could not give a price indication over the phone and even after coming out the sales rep had to call us after returning to the office to give us a quote. Super Glass gave us an immediate estimate over the phone and confirmed the exact cost after seeing the window. The sales rep and installer (Arash Shaeghi) was nicely dressed, on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. Best of all, Super Glass was the lowest of our three quotes. The were flexible with us on setting a date and time for the installation and showed up within the two hour window of time they had told us. Arash did a great job with the installation and cleaned up after he was done. Overall, an excellent experience. read more
