So much has changed. The prices have increased considerably- by as much as $3 an item. The boneless ribs were loaded with fat. I would honestly say that one rib was made up of more than 50% fat. The combo plates now come with just an ice cream scoop-size of rice, even plain white rice. The meals are about two small palmfuls. I remember when the plate was covered with food. What did I learn from my recent dining experience at Ming's? The food is subpar, the amount is smaller and the prices are higher. If you like Chinese/Asian food as much as I do, skip Ming's.
