I ordered take out: two California rolls, a pink lady roll, a few pieces of salmon sashimi for my daughter, and their gyoza. The food here is consistently good. It's very flavorful but not overly salty. The General Tso's chicken and sweet and sour chicken are two items I almost always order and am never disappointed. I don't eat beef, chicken, or pork, but I was able to ask if they could make général tso's tofu and they said yes! I was incredibly thankful. My friend of course eats steak so she ordered the Hibachi steak and shroud with lomein for an extra $1. Overall, the restaurant was clean and atmosphere was comfortable. Giving a second star because the staff was nice. We ordered take out and we were excited about how interesting the rolls sounded. I've been going to Fuji Asian for several months now and every experience has been great. I'm a huge sushi lover so finding a place I can frequent and feel confident is important. The sushi is fresh, portion sizes are reasonable, and the price is competitive. Their Chinese menu is also great. The owners are very warm and welcoming. They always call me when my order is ready. When I go into the restaurant I can tell first hand that they're very clean. Always wearing face masks and gloves. You can really tell they care about their customers and the business. My go to is always the salmon avocado roll, Alaskan roll, and shrimp tempura roll. I've also had their beef Lo Mein and sweet & sour chicken. My boyfriend always gets the sweet potato roll, avocado roll, and peanut avocado roll. We haven't tried the hibachi yet but look forward to trying very soon. On my daily errand runs I've passed this spot numerous times, always curious if this place was any good. I've only ordered takeout from here but never ate in the restaurant. I've made about 16 takeout orders through their online ordering and my favorite part about this place is consistency. The time it takes for my takeout order is very quick and every time I've picked up my order the staff have been extremely nice. Now they know me by name and it's really good for a place to recognize you. I've ordered both during the lunch & dinner, every time I've picked up my orders the inside always looked clean and organized. Parking is a little tough when picking up my orders, but other than that my food has been hot, fresh and decently priced. My typical go-to orders are General Tso's chicken and Beef & Broccoli both with white rice & a Wonton Soup. Also side note: when I got my beef and broccoli order, they are more than generous with the amount of broccoli you get but it is balanced with the amount of meat you have so it was definitely worth it. This is a great spot for some quick takeout sushi! I usually stop by here 2-3 times a month. The haru maki (spring rolls) come in sets of 3 with a pretty good sweet chili sauce. I usually get the hot girl roll and my friend always gets the shrimp tempura roll. They're both solid and taste very fresh. I spend around $40 every time getting the hot girl roll, 2 shrimp tempura rolls and 4 orders of the Haru Maki. (We are pretty big fans.) read more

The hibachi food and sushi are pretty good here. Only thing that can suck is when you are told 45 mins for your pick up order and arrive and need to wait another 45 minutes. Of course they don't tell you there will be a longer wait until you've already paid for your order. This has happened more than once to my family. This is a few months old but it should be getting a lot more attention. We ate here 8/18/19 mid afternoon so it was not busy. The food was delicious. We loved the Wasabi Calamari- it was perfect. It had a very light crispy coating and was served in a delicious sauce with just enough wasabi to recognize it. So very unique and so tasty. California Rolls were delicious. Soup and salad came with both our entrees also yummy. I had the shrimp tempura which was excellent- cooked to perfection with a nice assortment of tempura veggies. The other entree was shrimp Hibachi, every bit as excellent as the tempura. Green Tea Mochi ice cream for dessert was the perfect ending. I can't wait to go back.
