Supposedly super inspector has a service included that sets up your tv, internet and other services needed. I spent quite some time on the phone with them giving them my requirements and all other information needed. I called the companies directly to change the dates of installation and none of them had any record of these transactions. Also the links they sent me for utilities wasn't correct and fortunately called them myself as well and got the correct information. Not only that the pool on the property did not have a fence around it and I was not told this was required because I didn't request a pool inspection. I didn't need an inspection to see there wasn't a fence and not being from the area I wasn't aware of the state regulations. Now I can't get home insurance until I spend additional money to fence this. This should have been easily pointed out Go somewhere else! read more

In May I had a townhome inspected by Super Inspector, and few minor issues were identified prior to closing on the townhome. In June I started a remodel on the townhome and discovered several significant issues that cost me more than $15K to repair that were not identified in the inspection. These are the items missed in the inspection 1) An HVAC leak 2) Mold in multiple areas of the main floor due to the HVAC leak spreading under the flooring. This additional $15K of damages I had to repair included HVAC repair, a mold inspection, mold remediation (including flood cuts, treatment, and drywall), and replacement of flooring and trim. I notified Super Inspector, providing HVAC technician analysis, mold inspection reports, etc. and they did not have accountability for these major damages. I will not be working with this company in the future. read more

He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. Prior to him arriving at the house he first asked if we had noticed anything that concerned us. We met with him after the inspection and he provided us his findings in great detail to include pictures of things he found. He explained his findings as to urgency/importance. Great Service!!!!.. was suppose to close on a Taylor Morrison Home in Lisso subdivision...Michael B. the inspector did an excellent job !!!!!..He found over thirty discrepancies...A serious HVAC issue in the nice freshly painted ceiling and walls ...fungus!!!!/looking MOLD!!!roof work substandard... whopped floor, small cockroaches, crawling on the microwave nobody brand new house nobody ever lived there. I'm supposed to close in two weeks June 20. Kudos to the super inspectors. I advised everybody buying a new home or used home to use them. They are knowledgeable qualified, inspectors great work thank you cause it could have cost me thousand later on. read more
