We had Super Inspector for a home build at sheetrock stage, Dustin was the fella sent, he was very professional and engaging. He detailed all his observations and findings, took pictures. For the icing on the cake was his report, very comprensive for the customer to understand and detailed for the building to address, he also took me though to explain what could be major what are not that is not un-usual in such construction. When the big closing inspection time came, I not only use this company, I requested if they could kindly send Dustin. What do you, he did not disappoint, My wife and I already did our blue taping before Dustin scheduled time, He found more and most important stuff and wat that tells me is either for already/spec builds and most important for new builds, kindly use third party inspector for at lease the sheetrock and final inspection, Of cause I will recommend Super Inspector and tell you to ask for Dustin, not that they don't have other competent team members there, but I can vouch for Dustin. Had a really great experience with Super Inspector for our 1-year builder warranty inspection. Blake Bennett and Eduardo Perez were awesome to work with. Both were super knowledgeable, thorough, and easy to talk to throughout the whole inspection. They took the time to explain everything they were seeing and helped educate us on what to keep an eye on as homeowners before our builder warranty expires, which we really appreciated as first-time homeowners. What also stood out was just how personable they were. They even took time to introduce themselves to our dog, June, who's a big part of our household. I had Blake Bennett out to do a pre-home selling inspection on my two houses on July 2nd. He was GREAT! He worked so hard (need i mention the heat?) and explained things as he did them. He worked diligently and knocked out the two inspections in 5 hours. I had met Blake this past June when he did the inspection on a house I hope to buy. I knew then that when it came time to get my inspections done, that I was hoping to hire Blake as my inspector. In the least, I knew that I was going to go with Super Inspector even if I could not get him. I lucked out and Blake arrived at my house! I like this company because they are quick to respond to you and super quick in getting an inspector to you. They are also superb communicators, and they seem to hire solid folks for their business. I had a very informative inspection and report prepared by Blake Bennett which was very helpful in my home buying decision. What stood out to me was how approachable and easy to talk to Blake was. Not only was he extremely detailed but he made sure I understood all aspects of his inspection report. I am a first-time home buyer, and this would be my first time having a home inspection done, so I wouldn't know if anything was overlooked. I guess only time will tell. They did offer additional services that I did not feel was needed at this time, but they were certainly not pushy about it at all. Great Service!!!!.. was suppose to close on a Taylor Morrison Home in Lisso subdivision...Michael B. the inspector did an excellent job !!!!!..He found over thirty discrepancies...A serious HVAC issue in the nice freshly painted ceiling and walls ...fungus!!!!/looking MOLD!!!roof work substandard... whopped floor, small cockroaches, crawling on the microwave nobody brand new house nobody ever lived there. I'm supposed to close in two weeks June 20. Kudos to the super inspectors. I advised everybody buying a new home or used home to use them. They are knowledgeable qualified, inspectors great work thank you cause it could have cost me thousand later on. read more

I was very impressed with the level of service, attention to detail, and professional quality of the final report.
