I drove 40 minutes to check out this studio because of their amazing reviews and oh my god... it was more than worth it. She did EXACTLY what I asked for and took her time to make sure every detail was perfect. I will never go to another nail studio after going here! Love love love it!

Kim is not only incredibly kind she's also a pro. She's through and my nails come out perfect and exactly how I want them every time. Would recommend 100 times over. Photos are before and after polish. Absolutely perfect.

Stopped here on a whim. Luckily Kim was able to fit me in. She did an amazing job on my nails and was so friendly. Definitely will make an appointment in the future.

0/5 do not recommend I went for a manicure and pedicure and my feet were the same when I left all she did was paint my toe nails and scrubbed my feet not to mention there were only 2 employees and 2 people on wait and I'm pretty sure she rushed to get another client not to mention i also had cuts on my fingers from the manicure a waste of $80 read more

Have been going to Xpo for 10 years. Xpo has recently changed owners. It has been remodeled and looks like a whole new place. Exceptionally clean and very strict with the covid guidelines. Kim and Anna are extremely professional and and know their business. They do wonderful work and would recommend Xpo to all. They are always happy to see you and make your Xpo experience unforgettable. Will continue to go back as long as Kim and Anna are there. read more

My granddaughter and I went to Xpo nails for pedicures. Chairs were very uncomfortable because both had a hard round protrusion sticking in middle of our backs. the woman doing the work rushed through our pedicures and cut my granddaughters toes in between. We had to ask her for lotion on our legs and feet and she argued with me on what I wanted done with both of my big toes. I wanted them polished. And she practically refused and started slamming things down anytime we asked her to please fix some error that she made. It was the very 1st time for both of us in all the years that we have been getting pedicures to have such a terrible time getting what we were paying for. She was very rude, argumentative and just plain sloppy in her pedicures. We will never go there again. We both need to go somewhere else and get another pedicure just to fix this mess! Terrible job! Anne is really good. She is gentle and very thorough. I have had my nails and pedicure done with her for at least 4 or 5 years. I don't know what the other reviewer was talking about. If it was the one girl, she has been long gone. Anne fired her. Anne keeps her tools very clean. She thoroughly washes and sanitizes the tubs after each pedi. Her tools for nails are also kept clean. read more

I got a pedicure. My nails were cut with the cuticle tool which made them jagged. She painted on my skin and didn't even attempt to wash the tools between using them on me and my friend next to me. read more

Xpo Nail Studio is a very good place. It is clean. The staff is courteous and efficient. They asked several times if I needed anything. I had a most excellent mani pedi. They did a very thorough job. I got my nail done here. I had excellent service by Ann. She is a good professor. she had been done my nails for three week ago, and my nail still good. I am happy with her service. I began going to this studio 3 years ago. I love all the ladies, so welcoming and gracious! Kim, the owner is so accomodating for last minute appointments. Zena gives top notch pedicure services.
