I'm so bummed I didn't take any photos here. But if you're in the area I highly recommend!!! The flavors change either every other day or each week. Either way, you can't go wrong with any of the flavors they have to offer. You can't tell the ingredients are fresh. I tried the mint and it tastes like the kind of spice you'd grow right in your backyard! The chocolate and honey flavors were also really good when I was in the area--we stopped twice on our trip. Each time we came in, the staff were incredible. Be prepared to wait in a line if you plan on getting this ice cream. The locals gave us that warning and they were right. Got the mint chocolate chip, which isn't like any other other mint chocolate chip ice cream you have had, it didn't even taste like mint or could taste the chocolate in the chips - I had to go back in and change it as it was disgusting, tasted like anise or something - apparently they steep the mint - they need to work on the flavourings for it. This place is def not a secret! We stopped by after a hike in the afternoon and it was pretty busy. Service was friendly and as fast as they could be. Even tho the line was long, I tried a couple of flavors and they were totally cool about it. My hubby got the butter cake on a waffle cone and I got good ol' vanilla bean with caramel sauce in a waffle bowl. I cannot wait to come back when I'm in the area. When I put together our New Hampshire vacation this ice cream shop was one of the MUST DOs on our list and boy... I am so glad it was. We almost didn't go because they were closed originally on the day we wanted. But, we did it... and wow. Will anything ever match this place? I ended up getting a cone with a scoop each of the Honeycomb and Apple Bourbon Crisp. Both flavors had just the right amount of sweetness and great texture from the added bits of honeycomb and apple jam. They don't skimp on the scoops either! A stop to Super Secret came highly recommended by some in-the-know locals. Per their recommendation, I ordered my flavor of choice in a homemade waffle cone. I tried the cold-brew coffee. The crisp tang of freshly brewed coffee came through with sweet subtlebess. It was lovely on the palette, smooth, and creamy. The other flavors were both traditional and original twists on classics - their cookies and cream resplendent with rainbow sprinkles, for example. There was a lot of hip merch available for purchase in addition to ice cream accoutrements. For the spoiled pups in your life, they offer a healthy and refreshing pup pop, made with frozen puréed pumpkin, perhaps some frozen yogurt, and topped with a homemade biscuit. Lady Bug loved it and she was still working on it long after we all finished our cones. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, cute details and lighting, and a sweet porch on which to perch with friends. They aren't lying with the super secret part, we weren't sure if it was the right shop since we didn't see a giant sign that shouts SUPER SECRET! Instead, it was written on a chalkboard. They got a decent list of ice cream and merchandise for sale. Would be nice if they sold other drinks as well besides water. As for ice cream, I went with Orange Blossom & Cardamom Biscuits. Great little place in the center of the small town of Bethlehem. It seems like they have some rotating flavors, and everything we have tried there has been amazing. Apparently these guys were nominated aged for a James Beard award, which after trying their chocolate ice cream, I 100% understand. We've tried a ton of their flavors at this point, but honestly, if it's your first time, get the chocolate. You've never tried any chocolate ice cream like this, and you will be chasing that dragon the rest of your life. It's unique, delicious, and baffling.
