Talk about luck -- Ice Cream Delight was right across from our hotel! Clearly, fate wanted us to have dessert. The lines were long (always a good sign), but this little window-front shop moved fast, serving up joy one scoop at a time. There are a few colorful outdoor tables where everyone sits grinning like kids on summer break -- myself included. Being in New England, I naturally went for maple (because, obviously) and resisted the urge to ask if they had lobster ice cream... some things are better left separate. My treat was delicious, the service was sweet, and honestly, happiness should always come in a cone. read more

Short distance away from the Kancamagus Highway - it gets quite busy in this area during peak so expect a lot of traffic. There is a pizza joint nextdoor if you're looking for food as well. The highlight is obviously the maple creamee but they also have various other flavors both seasonal and not. Tried several maple creamees in vermont and new hampshire and this was the best, I believe. The others are a bit metallic-y in flavor/don't taste like authentic maple. There was understandably a line as I was there during peak (Oct 4/5 2025) but overall wait was less than 30 minutes. read more

Such a cute little stop to make in New Hampshire. I stopped after seeing their sign that said they serve soft serve maple ice cream, and man I was not disappointed! That was some of the best ice cream I have ever eaten. They have plentiful outdoor seating on the side and the back of the building. Wishing I was local to eat this all the time! read more

Came here after a hike up Black Cap. Had to reward our son for tagging along with us. Service was friendly and the portions are very generous. These days you can rarely get 3 cones for $12. CSC near my home charges $6 for a small. Robbery!! Hubby says the strawberry was meh. He wants strawberry cheesecake but they were out. Son was happy with his chocolate soft serve in a waffle cone. I had the cappuccino crunch which was very delicious. The sugar cones were very fresh. So sad to get a stale cone! But not from here! Nice shady tables outside with a good sized parking lot. Nestled in the charming little town of Lincoln, NH, right in the heart of the White Mountains, Ice Cream Delights was the perfect sweet stop during our recent getaway. Just a short walk (or quick drive) from our hotel, this classic roadside ice cream stand checked all the right boxes! There are a few outdoor tables with umbrellas where you can sit and enjoy your treat, but the real highlight is the generous portions and tasty, creative flavors. Window service was quick and friendly both nights we visited, even with a steady stream of customers. On our first night, we tried the oatmeal cookie ice cream in a waffle cone and almond joy in a cup--both were excellent and packed with flavor. We loved it so much, we came back the next evening with our daughter and her family. I can't remember all the whimsical ice cream names, but I had what I believe was a sea salted caramel flavor: creamy caramel ice cream swirled with ribbons of caramel and studded with chocolate-covered caramel candies--absolutely delicious. One of our granddaughters had a bright blue ice cream (possibly called Play-Dough?) that was vanilla-based with chunks of vanilla cookies--fun and kid-approved! There were plenty of unique and traditional options to suit everyone's taste: hard ice cream, soft serve, frozen yogurt, sugar-free choices, dairy-free sorbets, sundaes, milkshakes, floats--you name it. Delicious ice cream spot in Lincoln that is practically next to Alpine Adventures. They have plenty of hard ice cream flavors to choose from as well as multiple soft-serve flavors. I've tried their cotton candy, strawberry cheesecake, and caramel ice cream and was not disappointed. The service is quick and there are tables to sit down around the service window to enjoy your ice cream. They also take credit/debit cards now which is an absolute plus. They also offer some soft serve, but were out of 2/3 flavors when we got there as well. Popular ice cream shop in town. There are plenty of tables outside to enjoy your treat. I had a vanilla soft serve. It was good and a small was pretty big. My partner had the maple soft serve the next day and it was delicious! Definitely get the maple flavor! read more

During a stroll through town, I spotted Ice Cream Delights. I can't say no to ice cream so I went and waited in the long line which, fortunately, went quickly. The prices are unbelievable in a good way. A kids cone is $2.65, while a small is around $3. I ordered a small Sea Salted Caramel Cookies & Cream ice cream. What I got was three scoops of ice cream stacked precariously on a small plain cone. The ice cream itself is so good. It's creamy, packed with richness and flavor. It had chunks of cookies in there. It was amazing. You can easily share a small cone between two people. There's a variety of ice cream flavors for you to choose from. This place is cash only. There are a couple of tables scattered throughout the parking lot. read more

The ice cream was ok - it was neither good nor bad. But what was amazing is calling the place at 8:50, asking them what time they close and hearing "10pm" as the answer. Then learning that your friend did the same at 9pm. Getting there at 9:15, getting ice cream from someone that just seemed pissed off that you were in front of them, and watching the the place down at 9:20...as 5-6 people came by after that angrily wondering why it was closed. I would skip this place and go to the supermarket to get some Ben and Jerries or Telenti -- much better taste for less/same price. read more

Kids working couldn't dip a cone and not great customer service on top of not being able to do an advertised service. lol they looked at it and said "we can't do that". I'd go elsewhere for ice cream. read more

We were here vacationing and decided to get ice cream. What a disappointment! First they only take cash, the staff were so rude like we inconvenienced them by ordering two ice creams. The ice cream... it literally had no flavor. To the point I thought I might have covid and lost my sense of taste. I'm not one to waste dessert of any kind but didn't even eat half of it. After a fun day on the Kancamagus Highway, this was a perfect stop to cool off. CASH ONLY!! It looks like it was a father and son running the place. The flavor variety was GREAT, the portions were HUGE (we had the kiddie size) and has soft serve and hard packed flavors. I had Capuccino Crunch and my daughter had Cookie Dough. It was a great day for ice cream so we stopped here and enjoyed an afternoon tree. Apparently other people felt the same way because there was quite a crowd they're both in line and sitting in the picnic tables. The line moved quickly and we got nothing out of the ordinary just a Vanilla Ice cream cone and a cup of sugar free ice cream but they were both very good the service was good and it was fun. read more

Under COVID, I have never imagine any food preparing facility (ie. restaurant/ ice cream store/cafe) will still demand it's customer to pay in CASH ONLY. Yep. No exception. Cash only. By the way the ATM across the street charges 4 dollar transaction fee. FINE. But it's broken. Not taking any credit cards or cards without a PIN. God, what an experience. read more

This is my favorite ice cream place in Lincoln and/or Woodstock! Very good selection of frozen treats (not just your standard soft serve joint). Apple crisp with vanilla is amazing. I also love the cherry dip. Definitely worth checking out for a hot afternoon or after dinner! Highly recommend. read more

Ya know when you're looking forward to something and then if completely blows? This was my experience. Almost every order was wrong. Whether it be toppings, cones, ice cream; they got it all wrong. To be specific: I asked for oreo ice cream, soft serve, in a medium cup, with chocolate jimmies. I got back hard oreo ice cream in a plain cone without chocolate jimmies. Not only me but my whole family had problems as well. Not to mention the employees had no personalities at all. Horrible experience. read more

Was in the area for a long weekend trip and looking to indulge in dessert after dinner. Absolutely delicious! They have all sorts of choices of not only flavors but cones and types. Rude and bad service--would not go back. I came with my family of 4. After asking for 2 samples for myself, my daughter asked for a sample. When my son asked for a sample the girl at the counter said "sorry, you only get 2 samples. I said--per person? She said, no--total. I said per family? She said yes. She would not give me son or husband a sample! We couldn't believe it. There was no one in line behind us, and there was no sign mentioning this. After eating our ice cream I went back to speak to the manager. After explaining the story he said "so what do you want me to do about it" in an in appropriate/rude voice. He never apologized for the service we were given. The hard ice cream tasted good but the soft was not so great. read more

Amazing choices huge potions. The "small" soft-serve twist is a crazy amount of ice cream and the perfect post-hike reward. I'm told the salty caramel and the mint chip are great too. And what is "playdough" flavor? Let me know if you find out. read more

The place inside is a little run down but it's a snow / ski town so I am sure they deal with a lot of melting snow on shoes when people come in. I felt like we walked in through someone's garage to get in lol. However, my Togo order was right, the food and prices were great, and they were open late (for Lincoln lol) 9pm. There were great meal options. We got pot stickers appetizer, pad zee ew, and the pineapple fried rice with chicken. It came out quickly. It was hot and delicious the only thing I would comment is that there was a significant amount of egg in pad zee ew. As far as the restaurant itself it was quaint but uncomfortably cold. The thermostat showed 61 degrees. You could feel it. Also, some attention could be used in the women's restroom where when I turned the faucet to turn on the water the entire structure came up off the floor.

We were given menus, but then had to return to the counter to place our order and later go back to pick up our food when it was ready. Essentially, the only thing we didn't do ourselves was make the pizza. It seems like many pizza restaurants have moved away from traditional customer service while still prominently displaying tip jars. Personally, I've become less inclined to tip in situations where customers are doing most of the work. That said, the food was excellent. We ordered a cheese pizza and a chicken calzone, and both were outstanding. The pizza was delicious, and the calzone was one of the highlights of our meal. We genuinely enjoyed the food and would order it again. Since I had already left a tip in the jar and staff were actively cleaning tables, I left our trays on the table when we finished. Overall, the food was great, but the self service dining experience kept it from being a perfect visit.

My drink tasted like it had more strawberry while his tasted like it had more banana. Overall a good experience with standard solid food for a touristic area. Clean and chill.

I also highly recommend the wine and cider flights, which are a great way to sample a variety of offerings. The staff and service are outstanding. Megan, in particular, always makes each visit special. She is knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely personable, and I always enjoy chatting with her. We had flights and tasted all of their ciders. Ironically our mutual favorite was a hopped cider. It was literally the only one we liked. At least for now, it seems they should stick to wine. The man working there was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. It was a great experience learning about the ciders and speaking with him, just wish they tasted better. They have a little seating area outside that was comfortable and nice to relax at.
