It was strongly recommended that I try to sell it. When I took it to Morgan's I was looking to see if I could trade it in although I couldn't really afford even a used car. But, Mr. Morgan took one look at it and said he could fix. 4 days later the damaged metal underneath the car had been welded and fixed. At half the price. Morgan's is the best. I've brought it back a couple of more times for far less extensive work and had the same great result. They are very responsible, professional and pleasant.

I own a 2003 Dodge Dakota which was showing an intermittent airbag light coming on. I personally…read moreput in a large number of hours trying to fix the issue myself. I then took it to 3- services shops and none could fix the issue. I have been dealing w/ this problem for almost a year. When I took it to the different shops; one being a Chrysler/Dodge dealer, I was getting different stories as to what was wrong. The third service shop I took it to who could not fix or diagnose the issue, stated that I should try Jamie's Auto Repair-South. I met w/ Jamie and told him my problem and everything I have been through. He said I'll take a shot at the issue and let me know. His initial diagnosis was a bad clock spring which I already had replaced by the first service shop I went to. When Jamie tried a new clock spring from a Dodge Dealer it did not fix the problem. At this point he did not give up!! He continued on the hunt for the problem and finally determined the issue was w/ the Airbag Control Module(ACM). The module had a short inside and was the cause of the intermittent problem. Jamie then took it upon himself to find me a used ACM and installed it and the problem seems to have gone away. Now I get no error codes or Airbag light. Jamie is confident that the problem is solved and I am too. Time will tell the story. So what can I say? Well, I was close to getting rid of the truck b/c of this problem; but Jamie showed skill, tenacity, and true customer concern for my satisfaction. So the moral of the story is the other shops did not want to deal with my problem, but Jamie did and I truly appreciate his efforts. I highly recommend his shop for repairs especially tough head-scratchers which no one else can do or want to do!! Great job Jamie and your crew!!!

They told me there was nothing wrong with my vehicle, and told me I had to pay an additional $185 for the tow. When I told them I didn't agree with this additional payment they threatened to take my vehicle from me. I paid the money under duress, drove the vehicle home, and once again, upon exiting the vehicle saw that the oil was still leaking continually, if not worse than before. These people did nothing but lie repeatedly for no other reason other than the sake of lying. They cursed me out repeatedly, I was threatend to have my vehicle stolen from me, and I was robbed $1685 dollars. This is only half of the horror story. The good news is that every event, email, and text message has been well-documented. Stay away from Lunch Box Garage unless you want to subject yourself to the abuse of these liars and thieves.

On 1/9/2025, they replaced the catalytic converter with a allege new one the cost $1990.52. I went back to them a few weeks later told them something was still wrong with the vehicle they said they did not find anything. On 7/16/2026, something was wrong with my vehicle. Parked it until I could get it checked out. On 8/3/2026, a diagnostic testing at auto zone confirmed I need a new catalytic converter. On 8/4/2026, Patriot Auto confirmed it was the catalytic converter. However, they said it was my fault it needed repair again. They claimed I have not taken care of my vehicle, said I did not get my oil changed in a timely manner and a whole bunch of other nonsense that had nothing to do with fixing my vehicle. They (Brian) offered to fix the same thing again for 3,400-3,500. They said I was outside my warranty and it was nothing they could do. The owner female was very irate and accusatory towards me and upset that I called my credit card company to dispute a bill that I paid in full already. I would not recommend them because I don't believe that they put a new catalytic converter on my vehicle. A catalytic converter should get between 70,000-100,000 miles. And my vehicle is at 99,890 miles. They didn't even try to work with me to help with this situation. Another female who said her name was Maria said she did not know if they put a new one on my vehicle. The owner said you can't put used catalytic converters on vehicle. I asked her then why are people stealing catalytic converters? This whole situation is very upsetting. Use them with caution. The resolution was: I was told not to call there again and that they reserve the right to refuse service to me. I was not rude or disrespectful to anyone. I just wanted to get my vehicle fix since you claimed you fixed it the first time.

I got oil changes and service inspections on two of my vehicles so far and they were quick, thorough & convenient. Makes no sense that anyone goes a few miles up the road to the quick lube shop. Without a doubt, they are who you should turn to when anything on our vehicles has a "boo-boo". They are the preeminent supplier of tires for fleets, tune-ups (for Newark & Dover Delaware & Salisbury Maryland), and any suspension issues like caster, camber, toe angles. They are experts in CV joints, axles, drive trains, wheel bearings, brakes, etc. For example: I needed a tire for my girl friend's GMC Envoy. They checked it and said the other side was pretty worn so I looked and agreed. They suggested putting the new tires on the rear (and patiently explained the science to do so). Looking at my rear tires, we discovered that they also were worn beyond all hope. I decided to get 4 new tires (at a price I anticipated for just 2). I left while they were in process and shortly got a call from Tom the Newark manager. He asked if I wanted to go through with the purchase given that there were so many issues needing attending to (there's integrity). The list included rear seal motor leakage, front seal leakage, front wheel differential leakage (in both the left side and the rear), driver side front tire CV joint boot ruptured and axel bearing shot, pitman arm and idler arm loose/worn Mounting Brackets, Bushings, Bolts and Nuts, Washers, and Spacers (for proper alignment gaps), and a host of other suspension issues. Immediately listed the issues and sold the vehicle. I am a super satisfied customer of many vehicles. Note: I live in a very hilly area in Landenberg and use 4-wheel in the winter. Never had an issue getting through for decades now with the incredible grip/wear tread of the many sets of tires for the many different vehicles I have owned (and my dear sweet wife when she was here on this planet). They suggested I get my car towed there to avoid any possible damage. Again, I thought this is it. I got my car towed there and that same day I got the call. There was a fix - no worries! I proceeded to have some other maintenance work done at the same time as like I said, I love my car. I picked up my car last night and it feels like a new car again. I have been going to SSA since they first opened and I don't trust my baby with anyone but them. They are honest and trustworthy. Thank you SSA for taking care of all of our vehicles!
